The Note 5 is not only FAST but very SHARP and STYLISH! This phone can do so much I don't know where to begin! SAMSUNG has really out done themselves. I love this phone and I'm very pleased with it. This is my first Galaxy Note and I think it's the perfect phone!!! My sales associate was great. He was very patient, very helpful and very professional. My husband and I would like to say "Shane Rocks" and keep up the good work. Best buy need more employees like Shane.

The phone is great. It has no problems at all I've had it for just a few weeks and it works great! Sure is a way bigger upgrade from my iPhone 5s. The note is a great phone all the specs are amazing!

Great phone, Microsoft Office apps are useful, plenty of memory, and the battery usually last most of the day.

This great phone is perfect for all types of lifestyles. Whether you are a professional, a student, or someone who looks to be on the cutting edge of technology. I do not recommend this for old people who are already bad with phones, or for younger kids as it is more complex in functionality.

Switched from s5 to note. First note I've owned. It is great. The pen is better then anticipated it changed the way i take notes in meetings. Can't wait for upgrade when next one comes out.

I cannot get over how good the Galaxy Note phones are. Upgraded from a Note 2 that I've had for the last 3 years and had no issues with that phone so had no choice but to stick with the Note.

I have not had any problems. Love this phone. I had an iphone before but this phone by far is better.

Lots of apps and features. I love the size and ease of use. The pen is one of the best features.

I had the Samsung Note 2 and decided to upgrade to the Note 5. There are a few things that I like my Note 2 better but mostly the Note 5 is much better. They are very similar in size. Best Buy had a very good price and was much easier than going to the Sprint store. Having the Samsung sales team there was definitely a plus.

Great design. it's easier to hold with one hand now. a couple of cons though about this note is the lack of memory card and the battery can't be swapped with a new one.

I was in the market for a new phone since my last one couldn't handle the work load (S4) very well anymore. A friend recommended the note 5 and fell in love with it.

I love my phone, the only problem I have had some problems with the Bluetooth staying connected. I took my phone to Best Buy and the Samsung representative helped me with it, did a reset and other stuff. Since the update my bluetooth is acting up again.

Picked up the Note5 for my wife & she absolutely loves it. With the lease it was no money up front & also received a gift card. Excellent phone & excellent value.

This phone replaces my Note 2. Only two phones I have ever bought ont he first day were the 2 and the 5. Glad I did

The Galaxy Note 5 is THE best phone available right now. I came from HTC and this is a huge upgrade for me. I recommend this phone to anyone who asks.

Great phone. Upgraded from the S4 to this phone. It's build is better than previous models such as the Note 4. One of the best phones out right now.

So i decided to update from the note 3. It's fast bright same size all good stuff. Some changes I'm not totally happy with from the note 3 to the note 5 is the left button on the bottom use to be a menu button on note 3 now it's for selecting pages from existing files open. The headphone jack is on the bottom amd last but not least no more external memory card access. So make sure the size of the internal memory of the phone is the big enough to hold the stuff you need. Because you can't add any additional memory like before.

I absolutely love love love my phone. The camera, the selfie pixels, just everything. Well almost everything. The only complaint I have is that you can't use the internet while on the phone call. I knew this before purchasing and didn't think it was that bad a deal, but then being on hold for almost 15mins I was annoyed I couldn't surf the web to kill time.

I do love the phone I wish they did not make the battery smaller but I can live with it I never carried a second battery fast charger makes up for it

Do not like seeing so much of a iPhone in a Samsung but it has been a great phone. No trouble with storage at all. I think as the years go by it will not last like my old S3, that still works. Time will tell all... good luck iSung.
