    This phone has a lot of bells and whistles but after 10 days it kept beeping for no reason at all. I had to keep the phone on mute until I was able to get back to the store to have it looked at. They couldn't figure out the problem so they gave me another one, left the store and within 4 minutes the beeping problem reappeared. So I had to say farewell and go with another brand.

    This has been the worst phone I have ever owned. After one month of ownership the screen went out. Samsung said it was my error, but when I got it back the card said the phone had a faulty board. The phone constantly powers off and the screen goes black on a regular basis. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

    Battery is horrible. I thought its would be a new improved model. Its actually a worse battery since it is new. I can't have apps like I want. Whats the point of living in a world of apps if they drain your phone making it useless?

    I wish I could have waited to upgrade but I couldn't. DOA cell phone. Needed a new phone. If you can wait for the Note 6, do it. This phone lacks some essential in my opinion.

    I upgraded from a G3, and didn't expect as big an improvement as it is. Samsung really knows what they're doing. I love the big, and sharp screen. I'm a geezer, and I need the big screen to see everything well. The phone is fast, and the stylus adds features beyond my needs, but I hope to take advantage of it anyway.
