I upgraded from the HTC1 which I love to the Note5. This phone is awesome. The battery life is very good.

This is my second Note. My first one broke or I would still be using it. I love the screen size as I have problems seeing. The colors are vivid and makes everything easy to read.

The Note 5 works great. I love the stylus & split screens. The alarm doesn't have vivoice command though.

i never get calls dropped and the hearing quality is very good.easy to use and just an awesome phone.

I love this phone, but I wish it was the pearl white. The color I really wanted was sold out in store and online for Sprint. I had the worst customer service experience at Crossgate Mall location Best Buy, the sales representative who assisted me didn't care about customer satisfaction. I wasted 4 hours at the store try to do an upgrade, got the phone but it was not fully set-up, I was rushed out so the sales representative can get to the next customer and I had to figure the rest out on my own. Terrible customer service experience, I will recommend the phone but do not purchase it at the Best buy in Crossgate Mall.

I renewed my 2 year contract and got this phone for $99.99. That is a tough deal to beat. Anyway, I am not that tech savvy but find the camera to be amazing, the S pen is very cool (what little bit I have learned), and all the other things this phone can do just blow me away.

Everything about the note 5, I enjoy especially, the camera, 64 gb and how well it function.

I did a lot of research on the different options of phones. I love the Note 5. I am very glad that I got it at Best Buy as they had the color and the storage capacity that I was looking for. Best Buy's Samsung expert was wonderful and answered all of my questions. I will continue to learn from the Samsung expert at Best Buy!

I went from a Note3 to the Note5 and of course there were some changes, some were good, some I didn't care for, and some things changed up completely. My first Note5 lasted about 1 1/2 months and started messing up. It got to the point of restarting on its own, freezing up, shutting down on its own, and eventually would not start up. I had it replaced so far so good but the hassle of setting it all back up sometimes makes me think I should have stayed with my Note3.

I've only had this phone for a week but love all the new features and the camera is great.

The Note 5 is a great phone to have. It is more than a phone, it's a miniature computer.
