    I found it to be more user friendly than the iphone. More intuit to my organization of apps and folders. Have a good camera, nice photos.

    I really enjoy Samsung products and this, for the most part, is no different. Good volume and screen although they haven't increased the size in 3 designs. The biggest headache is that the expandable memory and removable battery are no longer part of the Samsung dream. On another "Note" the IR blaster would have been a great idea to keep as well.

    My husband got this phone on a previous Best Buy deal with the $250 gift card, and he wouldn't stop raving about it and all the things it can do. So when the deal came up again, i had to jump on it! I especially love that it has Microsoft Word & Excel and I can use the stylus to type!

    The note 5 seems to be operate just like the previous note products, like the note 3 i previously owned. The drawbacks to the note 5 I've found are no options for additional storage (sd card) & also apparently you can not access the Internet or picture mail while talking on the phone. I have changed all of my settings according to android & Samsung sites to resolve the problem, no solution yet. I can't believe my note 3 was a much better device than this "new updated device".
