Best Cellphone Buy

I got the Best Buy contract for protection which is cheaper than Verizon...this is an upgrade for me from the Note 3. Phone is faster and a lot more storage.

The only issue we encounter was from the employee who serviced us. She was in such a hurry to process us and get us out the door. That she neglect to give us the choice of a payment plan that would have given us a $150 Best Buy gift card. Which we would have selected that option. I have never felt so rushed and like just another number to her.

Great phone, sucky battery

I knewb right away it was a great phone with a great camera. I wanted the 64gb so I could store all my music. Really good reception and great at typical smartphone stuff, but the battery sucks! Nothing drains the battery faster than playing music, so keep it charging while playing. Other than that, I love it!

Fingerprint scanner is tempermental
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great phone, the only complaint is the fingerprint scanner is a little tempermental. It worked great for a few weeks then started not responding to the fingerprint. Finally it refused the print all tries and went to the backup password and didn't take it. I finally just went back to the swipe, which is very good since there is no dots to follow so unauthorized users have no idea what your swipe could be.
