Great Phone

The ability to take notes is great for students such as myself. I've been wanting a Surface Pro for this reason, but didn't have a need for another tablet. The size is a little big but that is a small complaint to everything that I'm happy about.

We had the Note 2 before purchasing these phones. The Note 2 was an amazing phone that was still going strong but the new phone builds on all the wonderful features and quality both my wife and I have grown to expect from the Samsung Note series.

We love our Note 5
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We just upgrade our Samsung Note 2 phones to the Samsung Note 5 and like all of the updates that Samsung has done to the phone. The transfer of data and apps from the old phone to the new phone was easily done by the Best Buy Mobile Phone team.

Great screen, bad device

The screen is gorgeous, that is for sure. The form factor is also quite nice as Samsung managed to fit a larger screen into a nice form factor (as opposed to the iPhone 6+). The negatives outweigh the positives. WiFi is a disaster. Drops it all of the time. I am sitting in front of my home WAP and it would just drop. Google around and you will see it is a common issue with this phone. Screen was also problematic. Some apps would not respond to the touch at all. Never had this on any other Android phone I ever used. I tried 2 of them with the same result so I don't think it is a defect.

Best Flagship

Best Buy had an amazing deal to throw in the wireless charger with this phone and also the chance to give them a working smartphone for 200 dollars towards the Note 5.
