I just got this phone but I love it. It is just similar enough to the Note 4 for me to know how to use it but the graphics are so much better

Surprised battery life sucks if you use it but if you just carry it around as a phone to place calls only battery last a long time. I give the phone a 4 becsuse on battery life or I would give it a 5 not much difference between the note 3 and 5 except memory I should have stayed with the 3 bummers

S pen works very well, I love this phone, its fast and reliable

This phone has been exactly what I wanted, I had done done extensive research prior to buying this phone. As a former Galaxy Note 3 user, the number of upgrades makes me very happy.

I love that it is large but also don't like that it is large...Easy to see, hard to hold. I think I would have stayed with the samller Galaxy if Ihad realized how hard it was to hold for a long period of time. I have small hands

My bluetooth went out and only worked if the piece was 24" away or less. It happened on the 15th day, so Best Buy was worthless (since I had Verizon coverage on Geek support). When I contacted Samsung (next to impossible) they took me through many iterations of the phone including a full factory reset only to decide that yes in fact your phone's bluetooth seems to be broken. Problem is that Samsung wanted me to send it in and then they would send me a replacement phone. Sure, like I would go without a phone for 10 days (since I sold my perfectly good Note 3 back to Best Buy). Verizon gladly replaced my phone, but it is with a refurb. So I replaced my brand new phone for a refurb. Not a happy camper about that, but the refurb is working perfectly.

Best part about the phone, and one of the main reasons why I bought it, is because of the stylus. Take notes without even turning your phone on or opening up an ap.

Love what the pen can do, this is my 3rd Samsung note series from note 2. I love my phone with my new Oculus Gear VR.

I love how productive I can be while I'm on the road! I thought the size of the phone would bother me, but I've grown to love it. The screen resolution is unreal.

Perfect phone for someone who is always busy, and needs to keep organized. Plenty of storage space for those who just want to use it for games/music/social media.

I've had the Note 3, 4 and now the 5. Lots of new options! I just wish they wouldn't have changed the removable memory. I got rid of my iPhone for that reason.

I had an S4 previously and switched to the Note 5 and I am very pleased. Best Buy is awesome and I will always buy from them for cell phone and electronics.

I had an S4 and this is a great upgrade. I like that I can use the pen without going into the phone. The charging is very fast and the build quality is great.

Had a Note 2 for 2 1/2 years and never had any problems. It was time to upgrade to Note 5 and have been satisfied with all its specs. Highly recommend it.

Upgraded from a Note 3. Quick charge is awesome. Very happy but wish they didn't take away removal battery and micro SD card slot. Overall very happy.

I was looking various reviews on it and I bought it to try. It's so true this is a great phone and very helpful tool to use and it work really well.

Absolutely loving the Note 5. I had ano S4 for 2 years and this is definitely a step up. Great for work and multitasking several jobs at once.

I really like how big is screen display and I love battery life.

Had the note 3 so was confident about getting the new and improved version. The transfer of data was seamless with the Samsung Smart Switch
