It was time for an upgrade and my fiancé purchased this one on sale and she loves it. Camera is fast and takes awesome pictures. Recommended.

I had research this phone before going to Best Buy. The service rep spent nearly an hour answerlng my questions concerning both the phone and carrier service. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with my options. The young lady who completed my order also copied the data from my Samsung III, ported my cell phone number and helped me set up security. She also suggested that I register for a class on how to use its features. Although I have been a Samsung user for years, I found the 1 hour class very useful. (Keep the classes, Best Buy).

I already had a Note 2 and upgraded. Lots of new features but hard to get use to the new S Note differences.

This purchase was for my 14 year old son for his first phone. He wanted the 7 Edge but we got a great deal on this phone. However, I am very disappointed that the Verizon Wireless phone app as it does not work at all for this phone. I primarily went with Verizon so I could manage his phone from the Parental side of things. I had made numerous calls to Verizon and even was on the phone with Samsung as both vendors said it wasn't them. Pointing the fingers at each other. Still without any result. I found my own work around for this, but NOT as it should be and not complete.

I just don't like how it's only 64g, with no removable battery. The pin is awesome. I love the quick notes.

Got it for 3 days now, so far no problems noted. Give it a 4 star for now, but is subject to change.

Great phone love how fast the battery charges. Its amazing how fast the fingerprint scanner works.

So many cool features but mostly, I LOVE the stylus - I take pictures of my professor's power point and slide presentations, and make notes right on my screen. COOL!!

This phone is as easy to use as my note 2. Really didn't want to upgrade but glad I did.

Love everything about this phone except the battery life, however it does charge quickly.

Love this phone just like the others I had. Just wish it had a slot for a memory card.

Went from an S5 to the Note5. Thought my S5 was great, Note even surpasses the S5. Haven't found a downfall yet!

Very good, move up from s4 I had before. I would recommend this device to a friend.

Phone quality is just OK. Bluetooth quality is poor. I'm using my same Bluetooth I had with my Galaxy 4, it was very good.Disconnect to often. Sometimes as little as 10 minutes. The phone calls on speaker is poor also. Sound quality is bad. I use the computer the most. Wouldn't love it as much if I use the phone more often.

I'm more of an IPhone person but this is a great quality phone (this was a gift).

I purchased this on a upgrade from my Galaxy S3. Being able to fast charge the phone is nice. Phone changes from 5% of battery to 100% in about 1.5 hours.

I love my Galaxy Note 5 so far, and am still finding out about all of its neat features! I love the stylus feature!!!! Great phone and tech appliance!!
