A good phone .. have issues with pop ups but hopefully resolved not the phones fault

Same excellent Samsung quality that I have come to love over the many years that I have owned one type of Samsung or another.

Going from a Droid Razor to this phone (including an Otterbox Defender case), I found it to be much too large and cumbersome. The pen was difficult to get in/out of its storage place because of the O.B. case, too.

I've had nothing but problems with the Note 5. Keyboard stopping, messenger quitting, videos stopping and either I hear the rest of the audio or it closes out and goes back to the original screen, poor service quality, You can no longer use the Internet at the same time as you're on the phone, and it refeshes( going to the top of a 20 page article when you're at page 1, 5, 8, 9, 12, then at 18) so much while I read I've given up reading on it. This is my last Samsung product.

The cell phone has so many new features and hold so much more memory for pics and videos. It's wonderful.

Nice to have tablet power on the go. Battery life is average with everything else. So far no problems.

Great phone. Went from an S5 to the Note5 and the Note5 has done everything even better than the S5

I was disappointed that the glass screen cracked on the upper right side. I have no idea when it happened and I had an otter box on it as well. TOO fragile. Also, at the time I purchased the phone, Verizon did not support Next Radio, which I used regularly on Sprint. Despite Verizon supporting Next Radio now, it is not available on this device. With the failure of the Note 7, I have to wait for the next Note model to get Next Radio. Battery life is unacceptable as well, and I do not run much in the background either.

Only things missing are the expandable memory port and for some reason, Samsung did not include headphones? For a high-end phone, can't they throw in some headphones?

Love my note 5. Love all that I can do with. Love that I can connect with other samsungs

The note is a excellent device the camera is awesome along with other incredible features the only flaw this device has is not having a slot for an SD card

I had the Note 4. I loved it. I purchased this Note 5 and it blows the Note 4 out of the water. The phone is faster than the four. The screen allows you to hold more apps. The clarity is ridiculously nice. The fingerprint option is much better now because you only have to hold your finger there. The fact that you can write on the screen while it's off is great when needing to take quick notes and those notes are auto saved so no worries. The charge is quick - 45 max. The sounds is much better. The speaker being underneath really does the trick. I've had 2 people purchase this phone because they saw me using it.

it is an excellent phone with great features , I really liked it.

I love my new cell phone. I love it better than the iPhone.
