Bought 2 new phones, but Best Buy said their policy can not swap out my Defective Samsung phone. They can only pull inventory from local stores and no local stores have phone. Never Buy from Best Buy they have a zero customer satisfaction rating. Also never buy from Samsung they ship your phone to someone else when returning.

I have the note 3 and I also have extra batteries to swap when needed, but I don't do that anymore. I also have a 64gb micro SD, but I'm only at 51gb(mostly pics). My very first thought on the Note 5 was omg this sucks! On further research, this is the only phone with 4gb of RAM which utilizes the full OS. I was hoping the nexus 5 (2015) and LG G4 pro would be amazing, but I was wrong. This is the only true 5.7 screen because the nexus and G4 has on screen buttons which makes the actual screen minus 0.2. Overall I think the Note 5 is a great phone now. Get the 64gb.

I switched to this phone from the iPhone 5 and 2 days later I switched back to the iPhone. Apps would crash all the time, phone would freeze and performance was slow. Just another junky Android product.

This phone battery only lasts a few hours. It died on me in the middle of an important phone call while it was on the charger. It's too late to return or else I would. Very disappointing!

    Better Than Expected!

First of all I have owned many smartphones and tablets over the last few years. I am what you would call a power user when it comes to using my phone. I have had the note 5 for only 2 days so far, and at first I was worried by the lack of SD card as well as a permanent battery, but that changed quickly. Although it lacks SD support, the new internal storage (same as the s6 and s6 edge) is much faster, for example loading the gallery no longer takes forever. With the curve on the back of the phone it allows this big phone to sit comfortably in my hand without fear of dropping it. The Fingerprint scanner is much improved over the note 4 and now works flawlessly for me almost instantly. All in all, it has already surprised me with how fast, responsive ergonomic it is. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade to a new phone this fall.

The Note 5 screen is AWESOME. APP's open very fast. Love and fate the size compared to my old S4. S4 was good all around size. I like the bigger Note when using the phone. When the phone is in my pocket it can be noticed when sitting. The SD in my S4 was only really useful when taking lots of pictures and video. APP's would still use the internal storage on the old S4, and any music I would buy could only go on internal storage. So I never used much of my 64GB SD card. So I got the 64GB Note 5 and will keep pictures and video in the Google Photo Cloud, and transfer to PC for meaningful ones.

I've had Samsungs for years and the Note 5 is by far my favorite. I also use an iPhone for my job (iPhone 5, soon to be 6s) and I prefer this Note 5. I thought maybe I would not use the pen/note taking feature but I use it at least every other day. The screen size is awesome for videos. Not too big. Fits in my back pocket (where it belongs) without a problem. Just be careful not to lose the pen or put it back into the phone upside down but who would do that?

We've been loyal Samsung phone owners since the original Nexus. We've had S4s, S6s, and have now upgraded to the Note 5. It's the perfect size for two-handed texting, amazing screen resolution, and the camera is simply incredible. The processor is extremely fast - faster than my S6 and light years ahead of my old S4.

So let me start off by saying if you don't own this product, then shut your mouth. Please don't review something you don't own. The reason there is sd card is because sd memory is way slower than this new memory, and it also can lead to operating system corruption. Most people wont need a bigger battery, the processor is a smaller NM so it uses less power, and the screen does also. Please don't think you know about phones when you don't. Read before you open your mouth.. This is by far the best phone I have every owned. I have owned 15 phones in my life.
