This phone is absolutely beautiful and does everything I need it to. More than enough storage space, audio quality is fantastic, resolution is superb. My mom keeps asking me to come along on trips so I can take pictures from the phone camera.

Best buy has all the cell phone choices and carriers too. I like it best for cell phone purchasing. They sometimes have special deals beyond what the carrier offers, and they have knowledgeable and helpful employees. This phone was a great choice for me!

Samsung is king I've been solely a note user since the 5 now on the 512gb 8gb note 9 I'm soooo happy the note 8 to the new 9 is noticable plus faster storage on the 512gb also DeX is 1 USB c connection finally on the 9 . The 8 needs a hub

If you like android and want the best camera then this is the phone for you...Its a bigger version of the s8+ to compare.

If you purchase this phone, you will not be disappointed! I use this phone for everything! The only downside in Samsung Dex does not work without the Dex dock, Dex pad, or a Dex enable USB C hub. This issue has been fixed on the Note 9.

Works great and still runs fast. Battery life is poor. I have to charge twice daily if i plan on using my phone at night. The "paintjob" was poorly done. My phone has been in a samsung case since purchase and had random paint chipped off. Samsung has the absolute worst and hardest customer service ever. I will be switching back to iphone when this one breaks.

Samsung Had A Lot Of Work To Do From Their Failed Note #7, And Knowing That They Capitalized On The Note #8 And Made It Greater Or Should I Say GR8R!

I very pleased with my upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 to the Note 8. I'm still trying to familiarize myself with the new phone, with the fingerprint sensor being on the back of the phone, instead of the front. I love my new phone!

This replaces a Note 4 that I have owned for about 4 years. Many improvements over the previous one. I am still learning all the new features, but it really does a better job with streaming things like Direct TV Now and You Tube.

Bought the phone for my daughter and she loved it. She has since moved up to the note 10. They are great phones because of the usage of the pen. I will definitely be coming back for a second phone for myself.

Very happy with how the Note8 works. So many features and options to tailor the phone.

My husband had the Note 4 and we recently upgraded to the 8. He is having some difficulty simple because he has to get used to the difference between them. He is still stuck on his 4. Right now the only thing he seems to have an issue with is the alarms and also the charger is slightly different and you have to make sure it clicks and is charging when you plug it in. Just because it feels like it's in there doesn't necessarily mean it is.

I had the note 5 and upgraded to the note 8. It's different then the 5 and I am still trying to adjust

I am fairly happy with the upgrade from an old LGV10. My primary complaint is the keyboard is somewhat fussy. I'm not sure if it is the device or Zagg screen protector but the keyboard does not work as well as my old LG.

I am loving the new samsung experience and the phone(note8). The distinct and key feature that i use is the Samsung pay which works almost anywhere unlike apple pay. I dont see any lag at all in the applications i use.

Love the screen resolution and size. Love the edge lighting. But this is my third Samsung with edge lighting and on EVERY TIME, Samsung pushes out an update and kills the edge lighting. SO I am enjoying it while I have it

Note Series is always awesome. Love the large screen. S-pen and feature are beyond amazing.

I have used Notes since the beginning, except the Note 7. I have had the Note 8 for 2 weeks now and love it. I'm still getting use to all the features and learning Bixby more, but am super pleased with it thus far.
