Only customer have to find the way to fix it. Thank for nothing, make sure if going to buy from bestbuy check everthing before leave the store-buy with your own risk!!!

I had see my mom use her note and she has loved it So I wanted one. I have never owned a note before. I had a s7 edge and was having a lot of battery issues. I would go a few hours and my battery wouldgo from 100% to 60% within a few hours. with this phone I Can go all day without charging it. In 10 hours I am only at 34%. I Love EVERYTHING about this phone. Bixsby is amazing and fun to use. I had used phones and missed siri But I do not anymore. The s pen is so much fun to use. Screen perfect is. Cant wait for Bixsply to work better with spotify. The new headphones are amazing also. Best cellphone I have ever owned.
