This phone lags sometimes and I just bought it. My wife's S9 seems to be faster than this Note 8. Fix this lag, and it'll be a perfect phone.

Love the phone. My biggest compaint would be the pop up ads. Every time I go to do something I have to deal with a pop up ad.

So far phone has met my expectations. Had to get used to the new aspect ratio. Touch screen is a bit finicky but could be the screen protector.

I love the notes but this one is hard to keep a screen protector on. It eventually got broken because of the curved screen.

What an awesome phone. Best phone that I have owned yet. So many features it would take me forever to go into detail. I highly recommend.

I really don't like Bixby. I wish that best buy could work out a deal with other exclusive colors including like red, green, yellow, white

Had a horrible experience in store with the verizon reps that I ended up returning phone and changing providers after 10 years with them.

Great Phone... Upgraded to this phone and I have now had it for almost 2 years. NO complaints! Still perfect!

I was so excited to get this phone been waiting I had note 4 I was actual disappointed the screen should of been wider the touch keyboard seems jacked a bit maybe because of the curves edges which I do not like makes certain keys not want to work properly I was much happier with how the note 4 reacted to my touches n so on... pictures are okay I do like the search engine n new updates overall this phone is just okay

Would have given it 5 starts except having to deal with Bixby. Everything else about the phone is great. From the screen to the camera.

I love my samsung phones but they are getting way too expensive. I hope this one lasts more than the standard 2 years.

I prefer Samsung over Apple so I stayed with the note. Only issue I have had is the pen is now stuck and I can't use it any more.

My wife was an iPhone user for the longest time but I was finally able to convince her to make the switch. She wont be going back.

It's okay. I thought I would like the slimmer design, because I have small hands, but it's harder to hold for a long time. It's harder to turn on. When I go to 'contacts, it takes an extra step to get to favorites. It's harder to read because it's plain back and white and a smaller font. It's just kind of blah. I guess I'll get used to it. We got a really good deal to get the new phones, so it just made sense to do so...

I received my Note 8 today at the Florence, Ky store. Rusty and Joe were incredible in helping me get my phone set up in a timely matter and helped with the questions that I had. I am so glad that I preordered and received 150 off along with trading my S7 in trade for half off and receiving the 360 camera. What a great deal. Now about the phone. I have had the note 4, and the 8 blows it out of the water. Coming from the Iphone 6s Plus before the S7. This device is so so very fast even with having 2 apps open and running at the same time. The 6GB of Ram make the difference. The 6.3" display is awesome. Not that wide. I purchased the Samsung kickstand case and it is not as wide as the S7 with an otterbox. The USB-C charging seems like it charges twice as fast which I love. The battery live seems about like that of the S7, but then again I had the screen brightness level maxed out. Love the Expandable storage, the S pen works great and screen detection feels like you are writing on paper. Love not having a home button, and they still have the headphone jack which is great even though i do occasionally use blue tooth. The speaker is plenty loud. Bixby is fun learning how to use and you can accumulate points towards rewards. There is no lag with anything so far 8 hours into the device. The wireless charging and water IP rating is great too. You can't go wrong with this phone. I am a big guy and I have big hands and it is very easy to type on the bigger keyboard. Then again, don't purchase the phone without going into the store and hold it and try it out. It is a tall phone and you might or might not want the s pen. Loved this phone until it stopped working. Got it replaced and works well. Beautiful display

Great phone but after using for a year the battery does not last as long as it used to.

I love SOO MUCH about this phone, but I have small hands and find it hard to manage a lot, even with a pop socket.

The only real concern is the talk to text feature does not work well. Other than that awesome phone, very pretty too.

Love the phone. Dont like Bixby. Would like the option to delete the app.
