Upgraded from S7 edge. This phone does everything.

My husband and I have been long time iPhone users and after much debate, my husband decided to bite the bullet and give the Note 8 a try. He absolutely loves it! The quality of Samsung has improved significantly and Android is a lot easier to use than before. I have the iPhone X and I'm slightly a little jealous.

Perfect phone works great and takes great pictures.

Great phone, learning is required if you want to utilize all of its functions. I am disappointed in the camera and the quality of pictures it takes. If you've had a Galaxy before you'll like any of the S8 series. The Note is longer and I am using a slim case but, it adds to the length and feels bulky and awkward to carry.

I really like my new Galaxy Note 8 it is great that I can write on pictures and lots of other cool features.

I love my new Note *. The store was very busy the day I brought it. I would have liked more help with understanding the phones basic functions. How to fully utilize all the unctions is very important to get the most out of the phone. Best Buy needs to make sure the learning opportunities are made available to every custmoer.

I upgraded from the note 5 and everything about that phone is perfected in this phone. The Samsung pay works better than ever. Before it had to take it out of its case. Now it works through the case with cards in it. The camera is amazing. And the S-Pen is much more enjoyable to use. I love it. Great job Samsung.

I traded "up" from a Note 4. The Note 8 has some added features, and updated some of the standard features. Camera is sharp with added features. My main caution, there is a fairly steep learning curve and the help search function is practically useless. One particularly annoying item is the 5 second time out for the sign on screen; and Samsung says there is no way to increase the sign on screen time out ( not true- just change the software).

I finally was brave enough to get rid of Apple once and for all. Glad I made the switch. This phone is awesome and much more customizable that Apple. My music did transfer from Apple to Google Play! Glad to be from the clutches of Apple. No regrets. Awesome customer service at Best Buy as well.

Very happy to get back to Samsung with the newest generation Note. Was talked into an LG previously and was happy for an excuse to replace it.

Easy to use. Keyboard sometimes annoying because area is small. Have had it over 2 years. Sometimes it glitches.

Ive had 4 Notes, the Notes 2, 4, 5 edge, and 7. I was very disappointed when I was forced to turn in my Note 7. I tried Apple for a year and it did not impress me. I'm so happy to have android, Samsung and the Note model back in my hands.

I lost my phone and got my replacement pretty quick. Ive never had any problems with the note 8 but the bixby button can be annoying.

It's definitely a useful model. Although I've only used a fraction of the functions this phone offers, I've still gotten my money's worth and then some over the two-plus years I've owned and used it. The stylus pen is a nice little addition.

This phone is nice to look at and feels good to hold. Love the stylus. A little getting use to maneuvering around.

I wish the competition for apps (and ads!) between Verizon and Samsung would be eliminated. I only use Google apps so now I have 3 apps of each basic task on my phone since I can't remove Verizon or Samsung. After turning things off I'm now finding the phone has a mind of it's own sometimes. I'm sure it's because of how I did it but unless your a phone geek you won't remember what you did specifically to cause the mishap. I'm still rating it high since I've been thru this before and it just takes time.
