I thought long and hard about upgrading from a Note8, but finally plugged the plug. So glad I did! The 9 seems much more crisp and honestly better (as far as user experience) than the 8. The added storage doesn't hurt either. Favorite change (and quite possibly the #1 reason I switched) - bluetooth stylus. Using it as a remote made the upgrade worth it.

I love this phone. The display quality is excellent. The pen is great. I've accidentally tested its waterproof abilities (still works great) and was not disappointed. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the camera settings. I like to use manual settings and I've found that it's not as easy on this phone and the quality isn't as great in manual mode.

Great to have more memory and awesome pics, the camera is awesome!

I love this phone. It's one of the first that I see no reason to upgrade after a year. The phone just got an update and for the first time for me.... An update actually helped battery life. I can go a whole day with descent useage and never plug it in. I wish there was a wide angle camera like my previous LG phones.

Enjoying this new phone. Still learning its features but so far what I've gotten to use of it has been great. The camera features are fantastic, I like how it bundled my Google saves from the previous phone & it's new Google features. The battery gives me great time on its charge, so don't have to worry of recharging till end of the day.

Still using this phone up to now. I've been an Apple person since it was first released. Last year was the first time I switch since I have been having problem with Apple app on unauthorized purchases. I'm glad I switched. It has a lot of nice features and great quality pictures. I even got a great deal on this phone. $300 off!

This phone is replacing my reliable old S4 that I was pretty happy with. I'm still learning the new phone, but am super happy with all of the upgrades and new features, especially the new camera. The old phone had a terrible camera, but the Note 9 camera is amazing. I haven't figured out exactly what to do with the pen yet, but I'm sure I will.
