After 14 batteries, I broke down and sprang for the Note 9. This phone is longer and slimmer than the Note 4. I bought a sideways holster and a protective case, but the phne would no fit in the case with the protective case on. So I bought a vertical holster that works. My Note 4 got terrible reception at my house. I could hear people who called but they could not hear me. This phone actually works.

WAIT for Note 10 or whatever the next one. Nothing worthy feature(s) that is new. It's not even running Android 9. So why ask I got the Note 9 if not such a great smartphone. Note 9 is still great and the same reasoning from above and otherwise, I wouldn't be giving this review to you.
