Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone constantly prompted me to update it about 30 times(not an exaggeration) upon receipt of the phone which I picked up from a Best Buy. This was due to the phone's software and not due to anything the Best Buy mobile phone department did wrong. I guess it was a common glitch and other Note9 owners had similar problems. And then one day (about 6 days into owning the phone), the update issue resolved itself and the phone has been great since then. I even dropped it without a cover on a warehouse floor and it did not break or scratch. I really like that the pen has multiple features including the ability to take selfies at the click of the pen.
