    Love the Phone and camera. Still not getting the buy one phone get one free credit. Still paying for two phones!!!! And now my stylus has fallen out and I have lost part of it.

    Had a camera problem for awhile. When zooming in, never would focus. Samsung would only help if I reset the entire thing back to factory and tested. Best Buy only offered a laugh at helping. Other than that. Does the job. Eventually, the camera started working, must of been an update.

    This is my first Note phone. Never had an Apple phone and wanted to see what this premier(Samsung) Android phone is about. I tend to keep my phones for a couple years before upgrading. Coming from an S7 edge this is a powerful beast of a phone. Still learning about the phone and its capabilities. Awesome phone style and performance.

    While I’m an Apple guy, my boyfriend prefers android...he loves his new Note 9. He’s able to do some quick doodling on the go, which is great because he doesn’t always have pencil and paper with him when out and about. While we did have to pay a little extra for some accessibility features, keeping him happy...it was worth it.
