Ive been an iphone user since the first one came out, switching to note 9 made me feel that ive been missing a lot through all these years. im glad i switched, I cant find any reason why i shouldnt recommend this phone for everyone.

This is By far the best Samsung Galaxy phone I have ever owned and I have owned most of them . The battery life on this phone Is impeccable .It will last over 24 hours on a single charge. It also charges super fast when I do need to charge it. I love all the Specs on this phone as far as the features the camera and the pen. I also love the fact that I can customize my phone to my personality.

5 Stars is not nearly enough to give the Note9. This is my fourth Note that I have owned, and have loved the extra functionality with the S Pen that is provided. And with the bluetooth operation of this new pen, and the cool silver color from Best Buy, this was an easy choice to even upgrade from the Note 8 I just got a year ago. The battery life is killer too! Huge upgrade in itself right there!

Pro: Large screen but still fits in shirt pocket. Excellant camera. Con: Very easy to inatvertantly call a number when viewing recent calls or contacts. Had difficulty figuring out how to transfer pictures from phone to PC. Ended up using windows ap to "pull" pictures from phone. PS: I really liked the Microsoft phone that I lost to the deep blue sea. Too bad MS messed up that venture.

I've been a Samsung fan for years and the Note is best for bucks. There are some customization and features duplications amongst brand carrier and os that's a tad annoying but u pick what suits you best. Battery is great but keep in mind the more apps you have the more it drains. Spen is great great asset, the newer features rock. I'm still learning what all this phablet cando

The Note 9 is an amazing phone. It has a vivid screen and blazing fast processors. It takes awesome pictures and videos with the dual 12mp cameras. The speakers are outstandingly clear. The phone is unmatched with its 512gb micro sd card expansion capability. No other phone on the market matches that capability. I liked this phone so much I bought a second one for my daughter.

So glad I made the choice to stick with Samsung after considering switching to the Google Pixel 3XL. Can't beat the Note line of phones from Samsung. The large gorgeous picture that comes on this phone with NO notch to speak of, the handy S Pen, and the awesome colors to choose from are the main reasons that I chose to stick with Samsung. I have no regrets about the choice.

1. Great performance, everything feels snappy with SD card and RAM. 2. Best screen on a phone, seriously you can't go wrong with how great the screen looks. 3. Finally Samsung stepped up by putting a large 4000 mAh battery and it shows. Gets full day battery easily and obviously this depends on individual use. Again, Note 9 is at the top in terms of battery life.

After two weeks of use I'm quite satisfied that the operation of the Samsung Galaxy Note9 is far superior to my three-year old Galaxy Note4. I selected the Note9 rather than the new Note10 due to the presence of a headphone jack and a tray capabile of holding a micro SD card of up to 512GB capacity. The Note10 has been constructed without these features. Accessing text and email from the phone is fast with no lag so far. The settings features are well organized and easy to navigate. I purchased the phone from the Best Buy website at a discount. My local store could not assist with activating the phone and transferring data, which was a great disappoinment. However, I was assisted with the installation of a screen protector at no additional cost. I activated the phone at home through a link on the AT&T website later that day and trasferred data between the two phones. I downloaded a 172 page Note9 Manual from AT&T as a .pdf file but have been successfully customizing the phone with my preferences without consulting the manual. The Note9 is slightly narrower but longer than the Note4. I purchased two USB-A to USB-C charging cables and will be shopping for a suitable phone case.

Great phone. Screen is awesome. Takes a little time adjusting to Android but well worth it. I’ve been an iPhone user for almost 9 years. There are many cool features that aren’t on the iPhone such as screen edge. The only downside is no iMessage but the messaging works the same from the user standpoint thus far. Battery lasts over 18 hours even under heavy use.

I've been an iPhone user my whole life so making the switch I was skeptical, but wow has the Note 9 won me over. The operating system is sweet and the performance outshines my old 7Plus day and night. The big seller for me was the screen as I spend most of my time and do most of my work on my phone. Even the new iPhone Xs is nowhere near the size of this phone.

This is by far one of the best phones out there. If you’re a power user and looking for an android phone, this is the one to get. The display is big and images are crisp. Battery life is sure to make it through the whole day, even with heavy usage. The pen adds an extra dimension and makes some tasks easier. Overall, it’s one of the best phones I’ve owned.
