Went back to Best Buy to ask how to make these louder, was told the sound on phone are fine told me to buy a watch so you can feel the vibration when getting text or phone call. Very disappointed in phone and service at Best Buy!

It is unparalleled. But I hated the operating system. In my opinion it is NOY user friendly for NON tech nerds. Need to think too much where to find sources in the operating system for simple minded people as myself.

I loved my note 4 I had so the bonus features was a plus however, since having the phone not even a year I've had to get 3 replacement pens as they fall out easily. The pens are $50.00 a piece. I'm not happy with that at all and insurance wont cover because it's considered an accessory.

I do love it because it's a note,however, there really aren't any significant improvements at all. Slightly faster and the s pen is awesome but that's about it

But the stylus pen seems to unlock quite often and I only tried it out 2 times. And now the other day I saw it fell out and I cant find it anywhere. So now after buying a $900 phone I have to pay another $40 for a new stylus pen for it. The talk text isn't very accurate on it as well.

I use my phone for everything. I am however not a fan of the next program through AT&T in which I purchased the phone at Best Buy. I was told the phone was buy one get one free and after billing was received that was indeed not the case.
