This phone was much more than I ever thought it It Could Be!! Woderful features and cameras are Amazing!!! Definitely couldn't be More Pleased! Performance is Unbelievable!!!!

Battery life is amazing. Picture quality is amazing. I think I'm gonna keep this phone for about 4 years. Has a lot to offer, like having a smaller laptop in the palm of your hand.

I upgraded to a Note 9 from the Galaxy S7, and there's not much of a difference aside from a larger/longer screen and S pen. Android apps are of course, the same, but there's many usefulness with the S pen - taking pictures, writing quick notes, I love it. A great upgrade. Only disappointment is the useless Bixby feature, which is nothing compared to the Google Assistant .

The picture quality is incomparable!! I WAS an iPhone user.....until now. I love my stylus too.....so much easier to do things with it!!! The notes section is very helpful as well!

A real upgrade over the note 8, I love the facial recognition. Increased speed, better screen, and battery life. It's an amazing phone, and I know I haven't used it to full potential.

LOVE that you can use the stylus to take selfies (never was good at them) I had a note before (none of the ones that caught fire) and I loved it. Does everything I need it to do.

Absolutely very happy to have come back to Samsung from Apple i-phone. Better processor and love the pictures it takes. Just Wonderful!! The Best Buy Representative was the Best!

I have had a Samsung Note since the Note 4 . The note 9 is by far the best there is not I single thing I don't like about it . If you currently own a Note 8 the battery life of the Note 9 alone is worth an upgrade. I can stream music at work all day 8am-6pm check emails, text, make calls and check Google feed s few times daily, and stillill have 30 percent battery left at 9pm . If this is your first Samsung Galaxy be sure to get a protective case because the phone is made of glass on the front and back . Thanks

I am coming from the S6, so this phone is HUGE and heavy. I have only had it about a week or so. There is a learning curve due to coming from such an outdated phone. I mainly like the battery life. The screen is great camera works. I do not need much, main problem was my previous phones battery would last more than 4 hours. This is a big upgrade and the memory is nice.

This is an amazing phone, the camera is wonderful and the phone itself has so many features. Still learning how to use it. Best phone I've owned so far. Runs and operates smoothly.

The Note 9 is the best Note Samsung has made so far. Everything is extremely quick and responsive. Great camera and the screen is the best of any phone currently on the market.

I have my phone on music all 9 hours of my work day. The battery lasts all day. I was worried about losing the stylus but there's a spot it slides into as part of the phone.

I love using the pen to take notes on phone. I find the battery life is awesome. I can use all day long and still retain battery power with out charging phone mid day.

This phone seems to run faster and more smooth than the note 8. The s pen bluetooth is an upgrade. My one complaint is the bixby button, but there are apps to disable that

This is a great phone e with so many features, excellent camera, excellent speed, and the screen is extremely clear and really good. This the best phone I ever bought.

This phone really checks all the boxes. It's everything I was looking for in a phone. Most importantly I get to remain in the Samsung ecosystem. I made the best choice of my life and not regretting one minute. I chose the silver phone to avoid fingerprints. Definitely got a case before leaving the store. I always want to protect my device from any unexpected falls. The speakers really impress me when I listen to my first song. I definitely don't need to mention the quality. But if I must, it feels good in the hands. Battery life has been amazing. I can't wait to see what Samsung has to offer next.

I am extremely happy with this phone! I love Samsung and the Note phones! Love that I can add a micro SD card for storage. Takes great pictures!!
