Great phone I love the galaxy phone. Loved the 8 as well

So far this phone has been a very good job, I like it.

This by far is the best of the note cellular phones.

Everything about the camera stinks. It may take ok pictures but that's about it. There are no settings to change all the things that are bad. Can't adjust the review screen. Cant adjust the way photos are saved. Can not edit video or get screen shots from video due to arrow in the screen. Had to make a non emergency call to 911 and it permanently put a notification on my phone that says calls are unblocked. Had to do a system reset just to get rid of it. Cant see the buttons on the black screen. That pen thing barely works. Cant turn the phone over 360 any direction like the Omnia. Which you should bring back that mouse pointer button. I've only had this thing 2 weeks and I'm not impressed at all.

I was suppose to get an headset with the purchase because I pre order, but till now I did not receive any email or direction on how to get it, the manager told me to order it online but did not give me any direction on how to order,

I liked several features with this phone. The battery lasts a long time. The multitasking feature is great and I love that you can use the stylus for pictures

I've had this phone for about 4 months and I'm still not used too it. There's always ads popping up and it jumps from screen to screen. Maybe it's something I did but it's driving me crazy. I miss my Galaxy6

Some apps don't work with this yet. Harder to use than older models. Should have been easier. Still glitches, especially "smart" part.

I always had the latest phone and I have preferred Samsung for its stylish designs. Lately I don't feel the difference my Note 5 and Note 9 feel the same. But not a bad phone.

Was not happy with this phone. Owned it for less than a week and the screen had a crack in it. Kicker is the phone never fell or had been dropped. It always stays in my pocket. Worse yet because it's got a cracked screen Samsung won't touch it. Very disappointing, likely will stick with apple products after this epic flop with the screen.

I have had all of the Galaxy phones since the S3- S9+.Thought I would give the Note a try. I am not a fan. Got rid of it and went back and got the S10+

I went from an iPhone to the Note 9, it is an amazing phone I can’t lie BUT receiving videos or send were horrible !! The videos came in very pixelated and sending them the other person received them pixelated as well. No matter what I did to the settings it didn’t help. The end of the story is that I went back to iPhone 95% of all my family have an iPhone so I wouldn’t recommend to them BUT my friends with Android I would definitely recommend.

I like the phone's smart features, but I had better reception with my old S7 Active. The active edges prove problematic while using the phone.

The screen cracked very easily. Then it cracked more. The screen no longer works. Too expensive to fix!

My husband was not impressed. The screen broke from healing on carpet

3rd and last Samsung phone I'll ever buy. I've owned the Note 4, s7 and now this and never so much as scratched the screens but they all become defective months after the warranty is up. This one, the bluetooth in the S pen died and now the phone constantly reminds me of it. Yet Samsung or retailers doesn't even sell replacements anymore, only a year after purchasing. A month after that, massive screen banding occurred so that the entire center portion of the screen is washed out. It's not burn in but a defective panel. The same defects that occurred in my other samsung phones. Samsung customer service is equally inept, wanting me to ship my phone to them for 2 weeks and pay $300 to replace everything. Currently looking for a replacement so I can just chuck this in the trash where it belongs.

Tried something new and got a droid. I think I’ll be sticking with the iPhone.
