I moved from a galaxy S7 to the note 9. The curved screen takes some getting used to. The big thing is battery life, I work a 12hr shift at work and the phone lasted almost all of it. I took the phone off the charger at 6am and didnt have to put it back on until 4:45pm. It got heavy use, YouTube, several battery eating games, a few calls. I'm super impressed with the phone on that point alone so far.

No complaints! Came from an LG and this is in every way better. Battery life is great, camera is great! I have no complaints!

This is a the best phone on the market. Not only is it powerful with a great camera, the battery lasts up to 2 days for me.

Upgraded from a note8 so really not a huge leap. Display is better on the 9 and battery life is much better on the 9.

I really like this phone. I resisted Samsung for a long time and instead went with LG. Those phones were good, but after my last LG's speaker failed I decided to go with Samsung. It also helped that it was on sale. Love the way my work emails display. Makes my life much easier. Love the camera and a host of other things. The one thing I do miss from my LG is the knock knock awake feature. It is taking a while to get use to not having that, but a small inconvenience.

I'm used to the S5 so this upgrade is fantastic! The camera is way better, I especially like the remote option. Don't know it I like Bixby. I have to speak very clearly when using it to text and have to manually enter a name when the is more then one option to choose from (you'll see). Even with $300 if the phone still cost $1000 with the case, screen protector, shield, and extra warranty :( I still haven't figured out everything the phone can do but it's way better than my old one.

If you like big phones, this phone has the best hardware on the market. Pixel 3 XL is the nearest competitor but it's hardware isn't as top tier, although the pixels have a great software experience. And of course the pixels don't have the stylus. If you don't need the stylus I would get the S9+ instead. I really like the Cloud Silver color, which is a best buy exclusive. The frame has a bluish tint to it when you see it at an angle depending on the lighting. Very attractive phone.

This was an upgrade from a Note 5 and my husband just love it and the best was a $400.00 discount. Great cel.

S pen is great for scribbling and now that it's cold I can wear gloves and type with my pen. The camera is great too.

Samsung finally got it right. The phone feels complete with 6gb of ram, 128gb of storage and dual speakers.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S7 edge, and it is better than I expected. The S pen, camera, storage are all upgrades for me.
