Was with iPhone long enough to have the iPhone X but finally got frustrated and switched. The note 9 did not dissapoint my expectations and the ease of use and set up were excellent.

This phone does everything and the battery lasts longer than most phones. I bought it for my grandson who needed a new phone. He can now use it to do research for homework this year.

Best phone I've had yet. Made the switch from iPhone to Samsung about 5 years ago and havent looked back. Love this new phone. Camera is great and there is so much you can do with this phone.

I've owned multiple Note versions, note 4, note 7, note 7, then down to note 5, debated waiting for note 10 but finally decided to go for the 9. Awesome in every way. No joke battery life.

I love this product! I'm a hug Samsung fan and this phone definite lives up to the hype! I love the selfie button on the spen. That was one of the best inventions!

From a battery that finally really does last all day long, to a beautiful design and all the functionality that has made Samsung a leader, the Note 9 is definitely the best phone of 2018.

I have used all note versions since note 3 all versions had something less .....This Note 9 it's a complete package!!! Experience it in best buy store ...rest all is needless to say!!!

I upgraded from the note 8 to the note 9 and absolutely love it. Minor changes but the battery and awesome stereo speakers make up for it. Also the blue with yellow pen is a nice combo

Love the phone, the screen size and resolution and versatility. Not always enough battery at the end of the day with heavy use, so little disappointed there. Otherwise no complaints.

Been an iphone user this entire time. Decided to get the note 9 and boy what a great decision. More things able to do than iphones. Black friday deal stole me too. Love my note 9

I am a Samsung Girl,BUT this Note 9 has made me a NOTE girl for sure!!!! I love it! Still learning all the bells and whistles, but it is the greatest phone I've had by far!

This is the 4th Note I have owned and I love it. I would recommend this phone. I had an iPhone 7 Plus before thus and couldn't wait to switch back to Samsung!

Great phone. Love all the features. The camera is amazing! Get the model with the dual camera! I also like the note because you can jot down quick notes so you don't forget later!

All of what I expected, much faster than all of my previous Note phones that I have owned. I was really hoping to get the phone in Black, but that was not available in that color.

Old phone was needing charged every 4-5 hrs but it was 3yrs old also. This phone I'm charging about every other day with moderate use. A full day of heavy use should be doable.

Upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge and the difference is night and day in term of speed and performance. After a month of use, I love it so far! Glad I went for the Note 9.

I am extremely happy with my ew phone. I am so happy I waited 4 years until I found a GREAT phone. The pictures are so clear and the videos are awesome. Best phone I ever owned!

I pre ordered 2 of these during ATT BOGO promotion. The phone is beautiful, thin and extremely responsive. I use the S Pen for nearly everything. I am totally a Samsung fan.
