One of the best phones out there. Long battery life, nice screen size and comes with the s pen .

I went from a Galaxy Note 4 to the Galaxy Note 9. What a difference. I'm the type of person,if its not broke don"t fix it. Well my Note 4 died on me and lucky me it was on black Friday weekend and Best Buy had a great sale.The sales person Matt was awesome to work with. He answered all my question and set me up with a great plan. The Note 9 is by far top of the line cell phone. Very fast, Awesome cameras and easy to use.

I love this phone!! Easy to use. Love that it has the Pen and it takes amazing Pictures.

Pictures are beautiful. Love the S pen for writting down notes. Lots of storage is great as well.

Very fast processor, amazing camera and a screen large enough to have 2 windows open at once.

I'm the guy who upgrades phones last. I'd been using a Note 4 for the last 4+ years and it I only upgraded because it finally died. But now that I have this one, I'm glad it did. No more carrying around extra battery packs or constantly dumping apps to keep the performance up. It just works. I'm sure that planned obsolescence will change that in another 3 or 4 years... but for now I'm a very happy camper

Awesome phone! Switched over from my iPhone after months of frustration. Have enjoyed every moment of having this phone. It's extremely customizable to setup preference. The smart stylus is wonderful for people who need to make a lot of notes on the fly. Battery life has been fantastic so far, typically have 40-50% of my battery life left at the end of a day. Would recommend this phone to anyone who asks.

This phone is off the chain. The features are awesome. The camera? Oh my goodness, takes such clear pictures you almost think you can touch the person in the picture. And the remote pen is so very handy. I watch my son take group pics without having to ask someone else to take them. He stands with his crew and with the pen, he clicks the pic. Sooooonnnnnn as my old phone is paid off, I'm getting one, too.

Best screen on a phone, seriously you can't go wrong with how great the screen looks! and most importantly... Battery life, finally Samsung stepped up by putting a large 4000 mAh battery and it shows. Gets full day plus another half day battery easily and obviously this depends on individual use but out of all the phones I have owned the Note 9 is at the top in terms of battery life.

I have replace my Samsung Galaxy S7 EDGE with Note9 and what a difference.... The battery on Note 9 hold charge for 2 days with use of watching movies and web browsing. Storage is more than I need to hold all my photos, movies, and apps. I don't need to constantly uninstall apps to get more space. I always loved Note line, but was forced to go to S series after Note 7 fiasco. I love my phone again.

I love Samsung products! Always my preferred choice for everything. I got the new note 9 so my note 8 can be used as my work phone. It's slightly bigger, the imagining is crisper and the styles is amazing, I love being able to take picture with it. The battery life is as expected with such a large phone. Everything else is pretty similar to the 8 so it is a very smooth transition every time I switch.

Great phone I love how fast it is. The screen resolution is great, and the sound is wonderful. Only issue we have is sometimes the buttons at the bottom don't recognize us pushing them so we have to try a few times. It's not all of the time and not a major issue for us at this time. Other than that no issues.

This Note9 is not a phone but a handheld computer that happens to text and make calls. I have a Pentium laptop and the phone works much faster and easier than my laptop. The stylus is phenomenal as I use it many times a day to write messages instead of typing as I have big hands. It is worth the upgrade!

I upgraded to the Note 9 after my old Motorola phone's battery died after only having it a year. All my friends recommended a Samsung phone in general so I got this one. So far I love it. It's easy to use, the picture on it is fantastic, as are the cameras. It took a very small adjustment period since I'm switching from a non Samsung product, but overall I couldn't be happier.

Great phone. Beautiful pics. Quality sound. Light weight. Great processor. Love the cool things the pen does, like use your pen to take a selfie. Just pose and click the button on the pen. The hotspot works great. Great dual screen process. I can view my map and text message at one time. No regrets buying this phone. Now with any phone that heats up just close all your open pages.

I have the smaller 128GB Note 9. More storage than I need, plus I have my old 128GB card in it. The battery is just waht the doctor ordered. You can play on this thing non stop for 4+ hours and still have plenty of battery left. Why don't all phones have bigger batteries? Did not buy it for the curved screen, bought it for Samsung reliablity and a BIG screen with a real battery.
