I've always loved Samsung Note series of smartphones. This new model is no exception. Best in class hardware as a Note should be. Screen resolution is awesome. Battery size is great but can always be better. With heavy use, it lasts me over 12 hours. Has enough onboard storage for most everything you need to have on your phone.

Big screen, long lived battery. Very fast. Live it.

It's a bit wide for typing 1 handed, but most high powered phones are, now. You can re-size & reposition the keyboard to one side, or set up a shortcut to "1 handed mode" where it shrinks the screen size down & to the side, but then the keys get pretty small. Fast processing speed. Great battery life & fast recharge.

Previously I have had the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S8+. I decided to try the Note9 after my wife got the Note8 shortly after it came out and really liked hers. I have no regrets at all about buying the Note9. It is a fantastic phone, wonderful screen quality, fantastic camera, runs fast, lots of memory and fun to use.

Samsung made a comeback with this phone. Copied the rear fingerprint from LG, amazing camera that blows the Iphone away and awesome battery life. I wish the silver or copper had been a release color so I could have switched sooner. Got it in pink for my daughter. I had to wait for the silver to be released to switch.

This is my 4th Galaxy series phone. It has all the features that I will ever need. Great screen and the sound is the best of any phone I have ever owned. Only complaint I have is the weight of the phone with a case. It is about 11 ounces on my belt but it is worth the added weight for the screen size on this phone.

Had a Note8 and Note5 before that. The battery life is great a Day no issue. Have not used the remote on Stylus yet but great idea. Bixby more accurate than siri. But the Best is fingerprint and iris scanners. They are instantaneous. Great Job Samsung. The Staff at my BestBuy Menifee so very helpful. Big kudos

Best android phone on the market in my opinion. My only complaint is that even though it has a fancy upgraded camera, I liked the software interface on my s8 for the camera much better. Otherwise its fast, beautiful, the battery lasts all day, fits my hand and pocket perfectly, great speakers, waterproof!

first, this phone takes amazing photos. Second it big but not fablit big. Just perfect. The spen is the tech of the future you can use commands with pen on multiple different apps just by clicking or double clicking it. It has great sound and comes with it's own headphones!!!. I will recommend this to anyone.

This is a great phone. The camera is great, one of the best I have ever used. The battery also lasts a long time, I can go two days without charging even with moderate streaming and constant social media app use. The screen is also very vivid and clear. The sound is amazing, better than some of my TVs in the house.

Had iPhone 7 plus then moved over note 9, like wow much better with Samsung note 9. Faster and power. Battery longer and perfect. Updates on note 9 is even better. iPhone updates causing problems and problems. So I'm tired of iPhone updates.

My Galaxy S5 was dying after 4 years. Decided to get the Galaxy Note 9 instead of the Galaxy S9. Glad I went with the Note 9. Great battery life, larger screen for watching videos and reading ebooks. Only downfall is that is a little large to hold for my smaller hands. But a pop socket does the trick.

This my second Note. My first one was so old that my daughters insisted that I replace it! This new Note is faster and easy to fall in love with. I love the Samsung Note feature. I can quickly store my everything from grocery lists to passwords for my animal store apps.

The battery life is great on the phone. The picture quality and movie quality is sharp. I would recommend purchasing this phone. The stylus locks in my phone. I dont have to worry about using it. I recommend buying this phone from Best Buy. I got a free 32” tv from Best Buy when I purchased the phone.

I was in between the iPhone or The Note 9. And I most def do not regret choosing the Note 9. The battery life is AMAZING!!! The picture is great, the stylist and calendar just make life easier. I definitely dont regret choosing Samsung.

Loyal note user, this phone's blows Apple phones out of the water. I don't know what people see in Apple I've had 2, never again over priced junk. Samsung s are much better so fast, smooth, awesome camera and a ton of funtionality like it can read your mind...Get one you'll never be disappointed!!

I came from the galaxy note 5 and was hesitant to switch to the s9+ and not wait for the new note. The phone is very fast and responsive, has a great battery life, and has a wide selection or cases such as the one I have that has a built in screen protector. I would definitely recommend this phone.
