BEST PHONE ON THE MARKET, I UPGRADED FROM NOTE 5 TO 9 AND THE FEATURES AND SPEED ARE AMAZING. I WONT NEED TO UPGRADE FOR A WHILE UNLESS I ACCIDENTALLY BREAK IT.

This is a very fast phone. Whether on wifi or not everything seems to load real quick. Very good camera and easy to use. The apps open quickly no hesitation or anything. Would've gave it 5 stars but the only problem is after 2 weeks it seems like the battery is draining faster which is why I got rid of my 3 yr old S6 Edge +. Hope it's my mind playing tricks on me.

First Samsung phone purchased. Was a user of iPhone until now. Heard the camera and battery is much better than Apple phones. Will find out in the near future.

Responsive screen, clear images, latest android software, included stylus make this a very nice phone! A little on the pricey side but it's worth it.

I'm a long time iPhone user, once I saw all this phone could do compaired to the iPhone I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did!! You have to give it some time to get used to the difference but it's worth it. I know people say they stay for iMessage but I haven't missed it all, but I never found myself using it for more then just normal texting. Also the pen feature to take pictures is so awesome, it has allowed for several family selfies!! If you're getting tired of the same old phone and you want one that acts like a true smart phone then I highly recommend this one.

Just switched from iPhone. Was worried it would be hard to get used to but this phone is easy to figure out. Great camera and it's very fast. Loving it so far.

I purchased the note 9 phone as part of the black Friday special and had it shipped to my house. Upon arrival I opened the box, charged the phone to full, and then turned on the phone to activate it with Verizon. The activation was very easy and user friendly. I have had this phone for 2 months now and have had no complaints. Very user friendly android OS. Battery life is fanaminal. I can go on a full charge for 2 days before I need to charge again, I was using the phone quite a bit. YouTube videos, android games, internet browsing..ect. I would definitely recommend this phone.

I love the double aperture camera and remote shutter on the S-Pen, and all the carry overs from previous Notes like multi-window, the great screen, processing power, S-Pen (works great with art apps). Wish they'd ditch the curved screen edges. I never use the edge app feature and it makes finding screen protectors for the Note 9 harder than it should be.

It takes a beating and still works, great color, easy to use and the pen has many uses, I use it to take pictures when in a hard to reach place.

HOLY CRAP!!! What a phone this is. Samsung out did themselves this time on this little hand held computer machine. It has great fast response and the screen is awesome. Love everything about it. You all need to buy this little gadget to make your life a lot easier. Now stop what you doing and go to your local Best Buy and get the darn thing. APPLE WHO???!!!!

I'm still working on all the features. Better battery and camera but it's really comparable to the note 8. Better battery so it's all in all a good phone.

Amazing screen, great performance and a battery that easily lasts all day. I've had this phone for a few months now and there is no sign of slowing down.

More phone than I will ever need, but love the larger screen size. Great for viewing all items. Sleek and light weight. Easy to use so far.

I had the galaxy s3, and the note 4 a long time ago. My wife and I then switched and purchased iPhone 3gs and have been with iPhone ever since. I decided to switch to android because the cost of the iPhone continues to rise and the technology remains stagnant. I was drawn in by the Note 9 because of the insane components put into this device. 6gb ram, octa-core processor. Most traditional computers don't have that. The freedom that android gives is amazing. I'm impressed how powerful this device is and so far I've converted and I'm Samsung galaxy (Android) forever!!!!

This is my 4th Note. Amazing screen. Battery life is so much better. Crazy good pictures. The pen can snap pictures which is really nice for selfies

I'm loving my phone, so far! I still haven't figured out all of the bells and whistles, but it has a VERY long battery life, the camera is great, etc.

This is my third Samsung phone (over 5 years), and this one knocks it out of the park. What a fabulous phone--the look, the feel the functions! My favorite is the retina unlock function. It knows who I am and unlocks consistently when it sees my retina. It's fast. It only loses 12% battery in a whole day. The audio is fantastic. It is a superior phone for the discriminating buyer! I purchased Best-Buy's Geek Squad protection (vs. Verizon's). Geek Squad was less expensive with greater overage. Happy. Happy. Happy. That's me with my Galaxy Note 9 from Best Buy.

I got this new note because my other one was very old and tired. I cannot believe the battery life of this new phone...its awesome ! Great camera too !

I love my phone. Still getting used to the phone. It definitely holds the charge as advertised. I love the fun color. I also love love love the camera.
