I'm a Samsung Note girl. I love my note phones. But I tend to keep them as long as they will last me, and only get a new one when the older one acts up too much for me to overlook anymore. I chose this Note 9 over the newly released note 10, and one reason was because it had the earbud jack still. I have now had it for a little over one year, and it has started freezing up on me sometimes. Sometimes I will try to open an app, and the screen is just white, like it's thinking. I try to reverse, and even close the app, and it does nothing for a few tries and about 20 seconds or so, and then it will finally close back to the home screen. I'm not sure why that is happening, as I do not have a ton of stuff eating up the memory. I do not use the Bixby, and wish I could completely uninstall that, but since I cannot, then I just try to not press the extra Bixby button for too long to open it. Other than that, I can't think of anything really, that bothers me about it. I like the phone , and would purchase it again if I had to do it over.

By far my favorite phone that I have had. The extra size is fine with me, and the battery life is incredible. Since I rarely upgrade and like Android devices, I will be using this thin for several years to come!

Purchased the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I was looking at purchasing the Samsung Galaxy 9+ originally, but the staff was really helpful and pointed out all of the features on the Note and I was sold with no regrets. Samsung was doing a great deal with double the trade in and then Best Buy was taking off $250 so it was a no brainer to get the new phone

I have been a loyal iPhone user for many years but decided on something different...I was scared at first but MAN this thing is smooth. Little to no adjustment period at all for me, to which I was pleasantly surprised. The stylus is a nice touch, although I've yet to use it a ton.

I have had a Galaxy S model for my last three phones. It's great to have a Note model phone again! And now it's so much more functional. I love that I can grab the stylus while in a meeting and start taking notes without unlocking the phone. PLUS all the other great features!!

This phone is so good, my son convinced me to buy it and trade it to him for his S7. I now have a S7. Ah, the trials of a father. He now uses it so much, his neck is constantly bent. Nevertheless I haven't heard a complaint from him yet - hard to believe for a teenager. Sigh, I will get my own Note 9 on Black Friday. This time I will keep it for myself.
