Love everything about this phone , I like that I can use the handy pen to write notes

Everyone in that department is so friendly and helped me with all of my questions. They were so kind and welcoming I am very satisfied with the level of expertise and how trained everyone is. I think the managers are doing a great job training the people in this department and the workers are doing a great job answering questions and being patient to make sure all my needs are met. Thank you guys!

Upgraded from a galaxy s7. New phone is great with plenty of storage and new features!

This phone is amazing and fast. It works great but I hate the Bixby button location.

I was in desperate need of a phone and instead of waiting for the new Galaxy 10 release I decided to buy this instead. I am glad I did! I love the phone! I like the screen resolution, brightness and clarity. I also use the note taking with the pen quite a bit and like it. It is easy to hold in my hand and still fits in pockets. I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.

This is my first Note and it is amazing. The pen gives a next generation experience.

Phone has typical adjustment challenges when changing to a new phone. No home button. Pen is really cute and works well. Bixby will turn on for other people's voices and not just mine and tends to respond without being specifically activated.

Better than I expected. Never used a Samsung phone before. Note 9 is a great phone.

Still getting use to all the features but so far so good. I like the all day battery.

I have used multiple Samsung phones from the S4, S5, and Note 5. The Note 9 is the best version of the Note line that I have used. The phone is not laggy, everything loads quickly like I would expect. Only issue I had was syncing with Samsung S3 watch, which took about 10 minutes for the phone to recognize the watch.

I mean it's a Samsung. Battery life is great. Still getting to know the features.
