However Samsung provides the most general user friendly experience. The quality and simplicity of the Note 9 is second to none. It has the best implementation of features both unique to Note's and common to smart phones in general. Anyone would be happy to own this device.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I normally dread having to upgrade phones, but this time was different... not only did I change brands (long time Motorola user) but the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is one of the best phones I have ever had, easy to set up, loaded with features I actually use, had great screen clarity and can be set a lot louder that my previous phone.... upgrade to a Note 9 today, you will love it.

Combine that with the fact that it didn't have a head phone Jack and it made the Note the obvious choice. After having the Note 9 for a few weeks now, I can honestly say it's worth the price. It does everything I need it to, and the quality is exceptional.
