I was pleasantly suprised by how well this huge phone works. Amazing battery, and efficient use of that battery. Huge screen. A bit heavy, especially with proper protective case. But the best smart phone i've had.

This phone has been great for my small business. I love using the stylus for writing and the camera has done great for my product pictures. The battery has a great life span; I usually only charge it at night.

This phone is amazing! Great screen, software, and smooth as silk in its operation. The pen is incredibly useful for taking quick notes on the fly. Why would anyone get an Iphone when the note is available?

I have been a Samsung person for quite awhile. This phone is no disappointment. Easy to use. Takes superb pics. Screen is a good size with great clarity.

This is a terrific Samsung phone. The visual is great, wonderful camera and the stylus is my favorite feature. The phone has great battery life and charges quickly and safely! It is all that they advertise.

This is a fairly large device. I do have an Otter box on it. It is difficult and uncomfortable to use one handed. My hands are not small by any means. The camera is good. Zoomed pics fairly clear. Screen is bright. However, at least my device, the finger print reader is not very responsive. I end up using the PIN a lot of the time. I do have a screen protector on it and the sensitivity is turned up and the touch is slow to respond. I have to touch the screen several times to get a reaction. The S pen might be handy for some, but I have yet to find a reason for it. I have owned this device for 3 weeks. The S9 might have been a better choice or stayed with what I had (Moto Z2 Play). The picture edit software I do like because the option to draw on the pics before I send them back to my boss. The speed isn't really that noticeable compared to the Moto. A lot of Samsung bloatware, but that is to expected. For the Samsung diehards, this is probably for you. I did get a really good deal from BB which is why I purchased this device. Would I recommend this device? For the right person that would use it for its designed purpose, it would be a good choice. For someone that needs a comfortable phone and is user friendly, look at other devices.

I bought this phone to replace my wife's old Samsung galaxy 5 . It's easy to use ,stays charged for a long time and takes excellent pictures . We believe this the best phone you can buy at this time .

I loved my Note 4, and was kind of sad when it came time to replace it. Now I'm so happy with the Note 9! Very fast, long battery life, and the stylus. Pretty easy to use, and some nifty new features

I am a Samsung user for many years and have had several Samsung devices. The Note9 surpasses my expectations in every way. Battery life is phenomenal. Easy to use and set up. Camera is exceptional!

I have only had the phone for 2 weeks, but it has been great so far. It is fast, and if you dig through all the options/menus enough, you can find all sorts of ways to personalize/customize this device. For example, you can set each email account to make a different notification sound, and those sounds can be independent of the text message notification. I love the ability of being able to tell what I am getting a notification for just by the sound the phone makes. The battery life has been great as well. With moderate use of checking emails, Facebook, internet browsing, and watching a few YouTube videos 5-10 minutes long, I have been able to get 2 days between needing to recharge the battery.

I upgraded to this phone from my Moto Z Force Droid. This Note 9 checked all the right boxes when replacing my old phone. It's very fast, great battery life and loads of storage! Highly recommend

switched from apple to android and definitely wont regret it after purchasing this phone. better pictures, quality, storage and speed. no negitives in the 10 months ive owned this note 9

It's purple! I mean like what else is there to say right!? Huge screen, lots of storage for cute puppy pics, and the battery lasts so much longer! Just totally amazing phone! Yay! Go Samsung!

This is our 5th Galaxy phone and the best yet! Screen size is great and the performance is fantastic - very fast and powerful phone. Battery lasts almost 2 days with moderate use. Great buy!

best phone ive ever purchased. only owned iphone priot to note 9 and i definitely see what i was missing. literally, better everything... cost, picutres, storage, speed, you name it!

I love the battery life. The display is beautiful and the camera is wonderful. I love that it has a large amount of storage plus the option to add a mini-sd card for additional storage.

The Samsung 9 Note is the best phone I have ever owned. The battery lasts 18 plus hours, the camera is excellent and the screen and color's are top notch. Easy to use! Highly recommend!

I bought this phone for several reasons. I like that it has 128gb of internal memory, the battery is 4000 mah the "S" pen is awesome. This phone has one of the best cameras available.

I went from the galaxy S9 plus, to the Note 9. I find that pictures are better battery life is longer. I love it. I haven't used the S pen too much yet, but from I have used I loved.
