My Note 4 finally died so I decided to try the 9. The rep was telling me how wonderful this phone was and I was excited to finally try it out...I'm not impressed. AND there's a restock fee of $45 if you don't like the phone, so I'm stuck with it. I have a few issues with this Note that are pretty annoying. The edges are angled and the screen wraps around. Some people like that, (I thought I would) however, with this phone, when you are quickly trying to find a contact the alphabet falls exactly on the crease line on the edge of the phone, making it difficult to select a letter. The letters, when pushed do not respond until you've pushed them 3-4 times because they are right on the angle of the edge. Another drawback I feel is the home button. The home button is at the bottom of the screen, but there is no physical button. This becomes a problem constantly, when you take your phone out to use it the screen is black and you have to turn the phone and push both ends trying to find the home button it's the most frustrating tick to this phone, and you have to deal with it all day long. Finally, I wasn't aware of Bixby before I bought this phone...I've had Google, Siri - these were fine, as you needed to hit the home button at the bottom of the phone or use voice commands...I am constantly hitting this darn Bixby button because they positioned it directly under the volume up/down buttons... it is a third button, Bixby. If you are not used to it you will be hitting it every time you try to turn volume up/down. Bixby comes on and asks a question then doesn't help you it just is in a circle of "Hi what would you like to do?" and never helps you!!! It's worthless, the worst thing about this phone! I'm giving it 2 stars because the storage is much more than my Note 4. I'm finding this phone to be not as user friendly as the rep pushed. I feel for the cost it should not have some of these basic design flaws.
