Purchased this as an upgrade to a Samsung S7 Edge. The screen size, pen, and overall performance make this a coveted device among power phone users.

The phone has a good camera and taking pictures is easy. I like the size of the phone and it runs all my apps with great speed. Love the remote function pen that comes with the phone.

This is a great phone for working two jobs, and doing a lot of it online or through messaging apps. The camera quality is much better compared to my last phone, but I had it on earlier to record a video and it randomly became blurry.. not sure why. I wasn't even holding the phone. It was propped up. Battery life is great - but they all are at first, so we will see how long that lasts.

I was skeptical about the larger screen format but I have learned to enjoy it. This phone is a bit heavier then most though. I love the long lasting battery and the s-pen.

Coming from an older model Samsung S6 this was such an upgrade. From the features to the storage and Spen. I am happy to have chosen a device that satisfies all of my requirements.

I've had iPhones since it first launched and have upgraded on every new launch and the XS Max was no different. I just didn't notice anything different and after seeing a coworkers Note 8 I decided to give the Note 9 a try and Im so glad I did. My one downer for Android has always been the lack of an imessage type app but now that's a thing of the past with advanced messaging. Plus the battery life is CRAZY ! Samsung claims "all day battery" which i was skeptical about but I'm getting 32-38 HOURS out of a full charge

Great in every way, best smartphone so far, battery last full day with heavy use, the camera is the best out there, this note 9 has the best photo editing software, love it.

The Note 9 is great with all its features and the updated s-pen. Love the screen size and the display one of the main reason i went with this Phone. But only getting 4 stars the number 1 main reason i went with this phone is the bigger battery, the battery life was ok was expecting to be better. I barely make it through the day with 20% battery life left. But overall very good phone.

This phone's camera is just straight awesome. Your able to take professional quality pictures, and not to mention the charging and performance... This phone is just outstanding!

This is the Best samsung phone I have owned yet. The battery is great and I Love the s pen. I thought about waiting on the new S10, but for the price it's a powerful phone.

Have been a dedicated Apple user for the last 10 years. This phone has so much more ability than my iPhone 6s. Battery life is amazing and the phone is easy to use and set up.

I upgraded from the samsung s7 edge to this and have been loving it ever since. the great display, huge battery, s pen, and hardware have been perfect for how i use my phone.

So far great experience. Use the s pen more than I thought. Battery life is very good. No issues. Upgraded from s9 plus and back Friday price reduction tombardes to pass up

I've had since its release. Handles nice. Nice features. Love picture button on stylus. Battery seems to last good. I wish I could get ring tone louder as I keep missing calls

The screen size, the clarity, and the functions on this new phone are outstanding. I love the feature of being able to take a picture by pressing the button on the stylus.

I love this phone! My local Best Buy was surprisingly easy to deal with concerning my mobile upgrade, too. The note is very fast, large screen and I love the pen features.

Really loving my new Note 9. I previously had a Galaxy S6 and it was an easy transition for me. I love the batter life of the note and the S Pen features. Highly recommend!

My husband bought this phone and he loves it. There is so many great features, bigger screen, and the pen acts as a selfie clicker. I wish I would of gotten this phone too.

I've only had it for 2-3 months now but it is by far the best phone I've ever had. I use the stylus more than you would think. Super nice for jotting notes in a pinch.
