Bought this for my wife when her S7 active started having issues after two years. Not being an active line, we felt it needed a case, which added a little bulk, but not too bad.

I am extremely happy with my ew phone. I am so happy I waited 4 years until I found a GREAT phone. The pictures are so clear and the videos are awesome. Best phone I ever owned!

Hands down, the best phone I've ever owned. The Note 9 has features and capabilities unmatched by any. An awesome business tool.

This is only my 2nd android and it's great. It's very easy to use the basic features and I'm looking forward to exploring all the extras and special features. Great phone.

Went from iPhone6 to this Note9. There is a learning curve but it's not that bad. Everyday I learn more. Good learning tools on the note9 and using Google and YouTube helps!

This phone does everything and looks amazing. I got mine from best buy in August and just bought another one for my wife. She loves it too. Best phone available right now.

Works great. Phone is lag free and runs smooth. Zero issues with this.

Switched from my iPhone so new to learn. Issues I noticed and family member had same issues different services: *Text messages get stuck and dont go through *Hard to hear when talking on the phone *Randomly freezes *Won't let me use my hotspot Taking it to AT&T for a checkup

Bought this phone for productivity. Doesn't disappoint. Has so many features that enable user to stay on task. All other apps and gizmos are just the cherry on top

This phone is twice the phone that the note 8 was. Unless you plan on using it with DEX or for hard core gaming, this is plenty of phone, and the 512 would be overkill.

I'm a techie. This is the best phone not only to date but for years to come. It has everything. A headphone jack, expandable memory, water resistance, usb-c, a pen!

I switched over from an iPhone and I don't miss it at all. I enjoy the capabilities of being able to customize the look and feel of the operating system of the note 9.

I waited on the price reduction, and it was worth it. I still have need for a headphone jack and I wanted a Note for a while now. I love it.

I had the note 8 and wanted to upgrade, there isnt a whole lot of differences but I love the note 9 and the purple color is alot prettier then it was on the note 8.

Samsung has the best phone on the market!!!!! Love the android operating system. Apple I phoned are complete junk don't waste your money on apple go with Samsung
