This is the best phone I've ever purchased. It's amazing all of the functionality built into this, plus a long battery life. Phone is big, but adapted very quick; fingerprint gesture helps to reach the notification bar easily. S-Pen is awesome! Dex feature is pretty nice when sometimes you need to work like a "Desktop" PC.

I typically get the newest phone on the market and am well invested in the Samsung phones. So when I had a chance to upgrade my phone, I chose this won over the galaxy 10 (which is newer) as I prefer the headphone jack and like the stylus. I think I made the right choice, plus I saved money

Had phone since launch and so far its performed just like a Top Notch phone should no bugs and weird gliches so far display looks amazing battery life last me all day on casual use and till bout late afternoon on pretty Heavy use ( ex. Hooking up to bluetooth speaker listening to music for hours and/or watching videos)

I Absolutely Love this phone. It is very fast on loading pages and games. I was a little unsure of Bixby, but I've started to figure it out with help from You Tube. It does some really cool things. I was a little concerned about the size. But it really doesn't seem to big. I'm definitely glad I got this phone.

Really like this galaxy note 9. Very easy to use and navigate. The only thing so far that is a problem is text notifications. When you receive a text the phone alerts you as usual. But every minute after that if you haven't checked the text the phone will go off again. This continues every minute. So far I haven't been able to stop this from happening. Gone to settings and see no way to change this. I have had several galaxy phones over the years and have never had this problem. Sure it's something simple to fix, just haven't figured it out yet. Other than that, I really like the phone.

The Note9 has subtle changes aesthetically, but it's overall a upgrade over the Note8. Moving the Fingerprint scanner to the back/center is a plus. It's slightly wide build feels great in hand. The battery holds up with moderate screen usage for a little under a day and a half. Definitely recommended!

This phone, so far, has been excellent. Pictures are so much better than my Note 8 pics in low light. After the Note 7, which I loved, I had the S7Edge then the Note 8. I was not impressed with either and had considered going back to iPhone, but I am really glad I decided to go with the Note 9.

I never thought I would be a Galaxy note person but oh my goodness I had no idea what I was missing the pen feature is my absolute favorite the best part is the button can be used to take pictures so you don't have your arm all up in the Picture. The phone is super easy to use and learn how to navigate thorough when you 1st get it the only downfall that I can't figure out is that with Sprint you can't use your data while you talk on the phone which is very agitating but other than that this is a fantastic phone with tons of great features

Still learning all the features of this phone. Quality of everything so far is over the top. Loving the long battery life and super fast charging. Would be enjoying it much more if the salesman had showed me SOME of the features instead of saying "it's just like the phone you're replacing".
