I really liked my Note 4. This is a nice step up. However, for what it costs, it should have 512 gb memory.

I really thought the Note 9 would be the last phone I'd ever own but I was wrong.this thing is slow to respond. The touch screen requires much more effort than any of my previous Galaxy's but this is my first Note. Now I'm having SIM card locking issues having to restart my device great this sounds like it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

I love the color. It took a while to get because the stores for some reason don’t keep the purple in stock.

I haven't really noticed s big difference between it and my S8plus and the battery is really not a big deal.

battery seems to run down quickly, doesn't last as long as I was expecting.

I have owned all of the previous samsung notes and have never had issues with. I have lost pens but have never broke a pen inside any of my note phones by simply dropping it. I stopped in to best buy geek squad they removed the broken pen from inside the phone. They then had me set up an appointment at another best buy that did samsung service. A week later when I went in for the appointment they referred me back to samsung for warranty issues. I reached out to samsung and they referred me over to a repair shop that said they would have to have the phone dropped off and could not guarantee that samsung would cover the cost of figuring out why the S Pen broke inside the phone. Definitely will be rethinking my next phone purchase very frustrating to get bounced around and still have not been able to resolve the issue especially after spending over $1,000.00 to buy the phone.

I got this and still learning about what is new on this phone. So far so good
