Great phone, was able to get it on sale, best buy messed up financing but after several months made it right with a check

I had to replace Note5 due to submersion. Note9 does some strange navigational things that are not intuitive and look different. For a non-techie it will take some getting used to. It's bigger and heavier than Note5. Feels awkward. Perhaps the newness is the issue ???

I am finally holding a phone in my XL hands. It's slicked and operated very smoothly. I have more to learn and discover about my Samsung Galaxy Note 9

I love this phone. I previously had a note 8 before the recall, so was excited to get the N9. Works like a charm and the screen resolution is excellent

Loving this new phone. Coming from the Note5, there was quite a learning curve. Samsung makes that easy with fabulous upgrades but a still familiar overall feel. The edge to edge display is wonderful, that along with the absence of the notch, makes for a seamless look. I'm not quite sold on Bixby but I'll give it a chance for a bit longer.

Big improvement over the Note 5 that wouldn't hold a charge for the entire day anymore. Enjoy this phone.

I love my note so much! I had the note 3 back in the day and loved it as well. This note is reliable, fast, and overall such a great phone!

Quite an upgrade from my last phone. Super fast, still trying to learn all new features. I will never use this phone to its fullest capabilities.
