I absolutely love this phone. I will run it into the ground. It's everything that I want, plus some. I wish all phones were as good as this.

I have always had an iPhone and it was difficult to move to an android, but I made the switch. I am continually finding new ways to use the phone and am enjoying using it with my work. There are a couple of things that can be improved upon but they are minor.

This phone is certainly the best I've had. Wasn't going to get it because of the cost, but Best Buy had a sale which made it reasonable.

I upgraded from a Pixel XL to the Note 9 and have the best of both worlds. When Android 9.0 rolls out in January, it will be even better.

Had a Note 4 for a few years. Loved the thing. Unfortunately, it's gone to a better place. Took a chance on the Note 9. I love it!!!

Waiting to find a good dinner recipe for my Note9 to cook for me when they release the arms and legs add-on's. Just have to work with my Otter Box Defender pro case cause it's fragile like most every phone now -1 star for making them to break. Always get the best protection, forget the many accessories until it's protected.

I switched from Apple to Samsung and it was a great decision. I can do so much more with this phone and the pen makes note taking so much easier. There are so many features on this phone that I could not find on the iPhone. The only thing it lacks is that the camera is a little disappointing, it is not the best quality.
