I had iphones for the past 6-7 years and they were ok. I never liked how limited they were but I did liked that they seemed more reliable as they aged in comparison to android. Well that isn't the case with iphones anymore. I had a 6s plus that had some functions almost impossible after some recent updates. I decided to give android a chance again and WOW. I LOVE this phone. Some things lag a little more than iphone but some things are also a lot faster. I love the back camera! The pictures are clean, crisp, and about 150% better than the 6s plus. The front could be a little better in low light but it's not a such a big deal bc I rarely use it. There are so many functions on this phone that just make sense and make the usability very flexible and efficient. I actually use the built in DEX system pretty often. All I have to carry around is the charger, the Samsung multi-Port USB-C adapter, and HDMI cable and I can plug into any monitor/tv. I also carry a Logitech unifying keyboard and mouse. It really is basically a computer. The functions are similar to windows. I'm excited to see more apps develop for the DEX interface. One in particular~~~ TeamViewer. I have to take home work with me often but I only have a work desktop. I have to log into TaskViewer from my personal laptop to get access to my computer at work. I don't always stay at my house so I generally just take my laptop with me everywhere I go, just in case. If the TeamViewer app was compatible with DEX then I would not have to carry my laptop, keyboard and mouse. Only my DEX set up (which is very light and portable). I got this phone a couple months ago and at the time I couldn't find any clear information on what would and wouldn't work with DEX. I mainly bought it in hopes that I would be able to log into my work computer without needing a laptop. That isn't the case.. YET. BUT I am so glad I got it for reasons I didn't even know at the time of purchase. It's a great phone. I'm not sure how you could regret it, really. PROS: -Has a nice balance and feel in your hand -Great usability -I love that you can take notes with the pen without having to open the phone -DEX system is nice for internet browsing and I think it has a lot of potential -basic functions are very fast and crisp -the lavender is SO pretty Cons -connectivity seems a little slower than iphone, such as how fast it will find and connect to wifi or a bluetooth device (nothing major but noticeable) -overall i don't think the front camera is as developed as the iphone -sometimes it resends insta notifications (with a new time stamp) that I've already closed out (though that may be more of an app thing rather than a phone thing.. but it's annoying) -The phone housing is a fingerprint magnet. I would never use it without a case because it would always look dirty LOVE THE PHONE. If you are on the fence - don't be. It's the best.

I was told the phone has Corning gorilla glass for screen. Phone dropped from 3 foot with tempered glass and cover. Screen shattered.

They tried selling me there insurance without giving me the option of keeping my current one scammer lol stay on ur toes

As you know by now, Samsung is just not a good company. Stay away and buy LG or Apple.

Picked up my Note 9 on 8/25. The phone is super fast and does everything that it promised. Battery life is awesome! I'm coming from a IPhone X and I haven't missed it.

This phone is a duper nice phone and it loads fast. If you plan to buy this phone I would pay the extra money to get the 512gb because with the 512gb you gets your money `s wrath, I have the note 9 512gb phone and my phone is super fast. The deal that they have on the note 9 right now is only a good deal if you are only getting the phone for your self, But if you have to get more then one phone then the deal is not a good deal. When I got my note 9 512gb I also got my boyfriend one but when I got the phones the phones were buy one get one... If bestbuy or any store has a deal were they take so much one off the phone that is only if you pay in full for the phone, And if they take money of the monthly phone plan it will only be $3-$5 off. My note 9 and my boyfriend note 9 is on my account but I only pay $20 a month for each phone and with my phone calling plan I pay a $156 a month and I get 4gb date and all the talking and texting we want, we share the data.

This phone is everything and more. This thing has the best display I’ve ever seen. I’d have to give the camera a solid 10. I also charged this phone up the night before and was able to go through a whole day without charging, plus I had a little over 2 hours left on the battery the next day before I had to recharge it. Samsung did a great job with this device! Very happy customer!!: )

I have had my note 9 for over a year now and its been one of my favorite phones. It takes pictures perfectly in low light or even in the dark. It has a front and back camera both take excellent pictures and videos. The phone itself is quick the processor works well. Basically I can do most anything from my phone. I have tons of apps, downloaded movies. I stream movies. Do school work. This phone is like a mini computer. The only downfall to this phone is the screensize. I wish it was bigger.

Waited forever to upgrade from my Galaxy Note 5, and was worth the wait! Best phone ever. The battery life is insane and performance amazing!

I purchased and tried the Note 9 for a few days. To be sure, it's powerful and feature-rich, but perhaps too much so. The range of functions seems distracting from the phone's overall use. And I'm not wild about the slick (literally) design--the phone is hard to hold onto and the curved edges don't add to the display. Instead, they make the phone hard to hold and view. The biggest problem, though, is that the Note 9's display appears to flicker. From what I can surmise, in order to save battery usage, the screen flickers at a rapid rate. Search "Pulse Wave Modulation" and check out the PWM specs on various phones. It appears that manufacturers turn on and turn off phone screens very rapidly to save power. The rate at which they do this varies, and this PWM changes, from what I can tell, with brightness levels. Only some people see and are bothered by PWM. I am one of them. If you find yourself getting headaches after using the Note 9, this modulation may be why. I returned this powerhouse device, disenchanted with the display and the over-the-top, almost gimmicky, amount of features. Check it out for yourself--you may be fine with the Note 9's display and love so many features. I'm going to try the Razer Phone 2, which is has a rarely-to-be-found (and apparently butter-smooth) 120 Hz display.

10 year iPhone user. After a week, I want to say "Bye Bye iPhone". It can do what iPhone does. It has many of what iPhone can't.

Great android phone. Takes great pictures. As a bonus my son got the galaxy skin on fortnite. Was lucky to get a great pre Christmas deal.
