I really love the note 9 ...the stylis being able to take pictures is amazing ...and the pictures are amazing and of course all the security apps

I've been a long time user of Samsung Android products and switched to the iPhone 8 earlier this year. I have regretted it ever since and just got my new Note 9. To me the Note 9 is easy to use and I love the way it feels and looks. Nice big screen and easier to hold due to it being a little narrower than the iPhone 8.

Upgraded from a galaxy s7 active to note 9 , best choice I made . Great camera, lots of storage, expandable memory. Absolutely love it

Always have been a Samsung fan. Great camera, love the style, software and options are good, processing is great and memory is a plus.

Great phone, upgraded from an S8, battery last much longer and I'm enjoying the larger screen size.

Samsung has yet to let me down as a consumer, I love the note 9 so far it's fast and looks amazing, the sound also blows me away it's like having a portable speaker attached to the phone. Great buy I would highly recommend and the best buy exclusive silver cloud is a bonus.

I love my Note 9!!! I never run out of space. It has been working great since I bought it. The battery lasts all day long too!!

We love or Galaxy Note 9 phones, they are better than the Apple X phones we tried for two days a couple of months ago. The Note 8 is extremely fast, faster than my laptop which a high end processor, and the software for the Note 9 is as good as or better than the software for the Apple X and it is ten times better than the software that I could get through CREDO on my Galaxy Note 4. In addition ATT provides free top notch security software and it alerts when calls are from telemarketers and makes those calls easy to block instantly.

I pre-ordered the phone on 8/14 and received it on 9/28. It the best Samsung I had up to date. Fast and last a lot longer than my old S9+.

The phone is fast and beautiful. The phone has a sleek design. The S pen is amazing. You can customize this phone as much as you want.

This phone is pretty awesome. Great display and sound. Haven't used the pen much but it looks pretty neat. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new phone. The camera is clear and the new features with the s pen amd using your palm to take a selfie is amazing.

the phone operates smooth and has a long battery life. You can easily get a days charge.

Tho its battery life is longer and the capacity of.uts memory is 1TB. It is just a upgrade to the Note 8. 10 better come out strong

Upgraded from a Note 5 to this, only issue I had was the available colors but that's what the case is for. Phone works great, extra stylus features are a plus not to mention the huge 6.4 in screen. Went this route instead of lugging around a tablet for taking photos for social media sites. Only thing that I suggest to consider before purchasing is the fact this phone is only 4Glte which the 5G standard comes out the end of this year/beginning of next year so if your sporting a Note 8 then i'd wait til the 10.

I can’t believe how fast this phone is and how long the battery lasts. With the Best Buy incentive it was a no brainer.

I've always used apple loved my apple but this by far is one of the best phones I have ever owned very fast and all day battery
