I held out for a long time for this phone - I had the Note 5 and was struggling with it the last 6 months. I refused to upgrade until the Note 9 came out. Wow, was it worth the wait. It's a beautiful phone - fast, with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend.

I've been team iphone for awhile and the switch to the note 9 has really changed my life. It is taking a lot to get used to but the switch was totally worth it. PROS: super powerful device, its like a mini computer in your hand CONS: you lose imessage

Love the larger display and battery life. The biometric scanner is not as a big of an issue as some have made it out to be. Facial rec is easier to use than previous phones that did not have that option.

This is my first 'real' phone. Before the Note 9, I had cheap (<$100) phones that would lock up and crash on well known apps, such as Snapchat, so I was elated to get the Note 9. My favorite part by far is the stylus. It is very accurate and feels very natural to write with as the tip is almost rubbery, giving it the feel of a pen or marker. There's also a button on the stylus itself which can be used to do certain tasks when away from the phone. For example, you can set up the phone to take a picture in a certain spot and press the button on the stylus to take the picture; no need to touch the phone or set a timer. The create note and write on screen features are awesome as well, and there's a write to type feature where you literally write what you want to type and it recognizes it and turns it into typed letters. Works better than I expected. Overall, awesome phone

I purchased this phone to replace old and tired cell phone that I had for years! Its features were what attracted me most, as my previous phone was pale in comparison with what this Galaxy can do! ...Still enjoying my phone!

I am still in the process of learning the Galaxy Note 9. I am disappointed they removed the capability of giving different tones for texts and emails for individual contacts. The phone has been easy to learn so far and I love the pen. Well worth having.

The capabilities of this phone are off the charts. I am in the IT world and I use every aspect of this phone and it never skips a beat. The stylus is so handy for taking quick notes and for adding notes to pictures I take while out in the field.

I'm very impressed with the camera. The pictures come awesome. I shot pictures at night in drizzling rain and they still came out great. Also in moving car while driving and they came out good and it not you have capabilities to make them good.

I love the Samsung Note 9. Great for older people like me because of the large screen and familiar features from other Samsungs previously owned. Also, I ordered online and got a great deal and super fast delivery a week earlier than expected.

Been using the note series of phone since the note 4 and love them. Recently changed carrier and had to upgrade from a note 5 into the note 9. There was definitely a slight learning curve with the added features but definitely love it.

I had to,get a new phone and this one fits the bill. It was on sale so that was a great extra, camera take wonderful pictures, and as of 2 weeks I haven’t had any problems with it. I would definitely recommend this product.

The phone is fantastic in every way possible. The camera works quickly and is great in low light and bright light situations. The screen of course is gorgeous esp in 4k mode. Then the AKG headsets with it is a bonus very nice worth the money!!

I really don't do a ton on my phone but really nice it have the option if I decide to try the things on it. I will say I can go a whole day without having to charge it. Where as when I had the 7s active the battery didn't last very long.

Just got the new Galaxy note 9 and love it. This one comes with a pen which I didn't think I would use much but surprisingly do. It comes with a lot of cool new features and if you are a fan of Galaxy phones this the best one out there.

The batter only needs to be chared for 2hr and it will last you the hole day. Plus the camera dont get me started

No problems with this phone, better connection in places that normally have bad connections. Pretty much my whole neighborhood. I can now receive call where I would normally not get them. The processor is much faster too.

I was happy to keep my Note8 but couldn't pass up a good sale on the Note9. I am amazed at how much better it feels. I am very happy with this upgrade. LOVE using the Spen to snap pics, such a great improvement.

I like how you can use the s pen to write down notes and save them, draw pictures and etc... I also like the s pen to take a photo. This phone has so many good features. I'm still learning about this phone.

I love, love, love this phone! I bought the note 9 because I wanted to use the pen on my cricut app to design. I love it and I'm definitely only sticking with a Samsung note in the future!

So far the Note 9 has been good. Battery lasts almost all day, camera is good not great, love the S Pen
