Love love the note 9!!Fast and lots of fun to use!

Desktop/laptop, video recorder, camera, notepad, gaming, all in the convenient size of a phone. Went in to get 1 phone, but liked the features do much we cand out with 2!

I purchased this phone as an upgrade from the Galaxy 6S. This phone for me has been one that is very easy to use although it can get pretty technical the further into you go. And this coming from a person does not have "tech " background at all.

I love this phone other than the stupid curved screen. The battery life is awesome, and the power is incredible. I have been a fan of the note line since the original.

This is the ideal phone for me. It is larger than my last phone a Note 3 which makes it easier for me to view items on its LCD. I love the pen it helps prevent on-screen selection mistakes due to my large fingers. They have made the pen more functional than the one I had on my note 3.

Way more than I need and a lot to learn. Fits my needs and then some. Endless storage and lots of tools. Still learning. May not need another phone for awhile.

I am still learning how to use all of the features of this phone and I am impressed at how much it has to offer. User friendly and the camera does not disappoint.

I was in search for a replacement of my Galaxy S5 which had been acting up and when I visit Best Buy I found that the Note 9 was just what I needed. Great phone and good security / features. Best Buy associates was very helpful and answer all my questions regarding this phone. Would recommend !

I went from a Galaxy 4 to an iPhone 7 plus, then to the Note9. I missed the form and function of the Android ops. My iPhone is great too so I'm keeping them both. Two numbers! But most of my "play" is on the Note. Best phone ever!

I upgraded my phone to the Samsung galaxy Note 9 and asked for the warranty but do not see that listed anywhere on my receipt or on MyATT account. Please ensure I am covered against drops, water, damage, etc as I requested during the purchase. It somehow must have been overlooked in error.

The phone is fast and clear. Love the larger screen. I wished ATT would remove their apps and samsung would get rid of bixby. pure android is much better

This phone has a lot of options. It was on sale and I upgraded both my phones and raised my bill only $30. Well worth the price.

I enjoyed the phone was good up until minor flaws and bugs started to become more relevant. The touch screen never failed the audio however did start to deteriorate after 3 months of use.

Love this phone. Only draw back is it doesn't have any new android updates after android 10. So if you want the new outlook of android i wouldn't get it. But if you don't care and want a good phone you can't beat it.

I have always been a fan of the Note series. You just can't beat these phones if you are a business person on the go. I work out of my car and restaurants, and able to keep track of all my docs and jot down a note I can later send out to all involved parties.

My one and only complaint is that the battery life is not what everyone else has told me it would be. I charged it overnight to 100%, then slept for another 4 hours. It wasn't picked up once but the battery dropped by 10% with zero usage. Kinda frustrating

My wife has been coveting the Note 9 for several months. Finally gave in, went to Best Buy & had wonderful, knowledgeable & helpful techs set up the new device & send her home with the Silver Metallic Note 9 (exclusive to BB). Just wish Bixby would go away!
