Phone is ok...service not
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was under the impression I was buying an ATT Note 9, kept having issues turns out i was not given the correct phone. I went back and was told they could replace it with a different color etc...I spent $1300 on a phone to have it replaced with something I don't like or want. I feel Best Buy should replace the phone I originally purchased with an ATT phone of the same color etc...VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Warranty for phone
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been on the phone for the last two hours and really upset regarding the warranty I purchased for the phone protection. I asked a lot of questions regarding the warranty and coverage - specifically regarding damages, lost, and Stylus, I was told that part of the coverage would cover the replacement of the Stylus for the exact one the first time, the second would be a generic and anything after that would be a partial cost. I was told at the store I needed to go through the Geek Squad for replacement and then I am told I need to call Sales. Shameek from the Geek Squad just gave me twice the Sales number and apparently wrapped up without even letting me know. I am know on the phone with Sales for another extensive hold and told the warranty doesn't cover any of that. I am really upset about the way things are manipulated to get a sale and increase employee/store sales numbers through lies. This is wrong! Don't buy the warranty!

Not near what I thought it would be
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is $1,000 phone. I bought a $200 Motorola phone before this and my Motorola phone does more than this phone does. If I wasn't paying monthly for this phone I would go back to using my Motorola. It lags quite often, the fingerprint sensor on the back never opens the phone, when you double-click on the screen to review your notifications you have to unlock the phone to view them anyways so what's the point. Nothing special about the camera...no idea why this phone has a 1000 dollar price tag shocked that it's a "newer" phone.

Best smartphone on the market.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Long time Apple fun. Have iPhone from the first generation to now. My last iPhone X . Just sold out weeks before the note 9 come on the market. I was visiting a bestbuy store. Having some issue with my iPhone X ear speaker. When I so the Note9 on display. For preorder only on that time. I feel sow on love with the display and the quality of the note 9. That the moment I fix my iPhone x. I put up for sale and preorder the note 9. Even better I got a free wireless headphones AKG N60. Witch the Samsung price is 299$. Love the note 9 every minutes. I never have any issues with the note 9. Like I use to have with the iPhone x freezing apps or when somebody call in me. Not be able to answer the phone. Because it will freeze and wasn't able to slide the bar to answer the call. Love the note 9 that now that i can listen music on my car tru auxiliary headphones Jack and be able to charge my phone on the same time. I miss on the beginning the imessage . Something that on note 9 doesn't have. Imessage I was able to send a text or a video to a friends on Europe. But I was find out every body on Europe. Use most of the time what's up. So I install on my note 9 the what's up. And there we go. I am connect it with the friends from Europe. And be able to send a super quality video over the what's up message. So for now. Good By apple iPhone. You're phone sucks. With the boring display. Not be able to move every app I want. On one position without moving other apps. Boring iPhone that I can't listen to music on my car on the same time I want to keep my phone plug in on charge. Boring iPhone that I can not do a split 2 screen on the device. Song long Apple and welcome samsung.

Worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yes. I know I've only had this phone for a couple hours but coming from an S7 edge this is such an upgrade. This phone is so stunning. And I for one am a user that utilizes the S pen regularly. It's a larger phone yes but I was surprised that it isn't as large as ppl make it seem. And I've been using the phone all day and battery life is as good as they say it should be. I really do love this device. Good job Samsung.
