Overall, this phone is really sleek and nice. I did notice that the things I was able to do with my galaxy 8, I can't do with this phone. I'm not sure why, but I plan on taking this phone to my carrier's service desk and maybe the Geek Squad to find out.

Samsung nailed it. This phone is a beast very solid. Handles everything I've thrown at it . I have had every phone in the note series except the 5 because they took the sd card away from the looks it seems like a minor upgrade compared to the 8 but once you have it it's so much better. Keep it up Samsung.

I debated between an iphone and the note. It has been worth the change to get the larger screen and pen.

I came to upgrade one Verizon phone at Xmas. They said could save me money with sprint. I said has to be apple to apples or better. They said yes. The unlimed plan sounded good the cost saving is great. However, that where good ends. I specifically asked about being on a phone call and using multiple apps at once when on cellular due to how much I work from my devices as I travel a lot of time doing screen sharing or remote management of IT assists while on the move during a trouble call. They called A rep from sprint over and she called the back office and all ensured me that my Samsung note 9 can surely do it. so I switch the whole family over. It took much longer than expected I was in the store for almost 3 hours to switch over 5 lines. and then over the course of the next few weeks, we have speed issues. they said they were going to send us a magic box to fix it. oh, wait not available in my area. And now I am back to work after the holiday and start traveling and big surprise I cannot use date and be on a phone call at the same time. I called support 3 times to confirm and yes everyone told me the same thing sometime in late 2019 they will turn that on for note 9. WOW. (I had other not happy language but best buy won't let me post that). I was not happy (other language not allowed to use per best buy) all I got was a broken sorry. as my call to support dropped. WOW!!!!! I finally got an answer just this week by someone on social media that said there is a setting on the iPhone XR my family uses if you turn on it will work but that is off by default. WOW. It did work but it is slow to use. Bottom line is you get what you pay for, Cheaper service is cheaper. the network is slower. Ohh and the best part. Sorry no take back you only have 3 days to change your mind and go back even at the holidays. NO BUDGING NO MATTER WHAT YOU WERE TOLD. sorry, it a long review to read but I am upset (as I must say I can't use stronger language or won't post review)(#freedom of speech)
