Overall, there aren't many features this phone doesn't have. The only thing that keeps me from giving this a 5 star review is there will always be something to complain about. I'd actually give it 4.5 if the rating was there. My there personal gripes about this phone are as follows. While I love the stylus, it's not as intuitive to use as I was hoping. The learning curve isn't too steep, but unless you specifically want the stylus (like I did), the Galaxy S series will do all the same stuff. Also, the battery on the stylus is pure crap. I think I get about 30 minutes before I have to put it away to charge. Third, the price of the phone is exorbitant. If I hadn't gotten a significant holiday discount, this would have been way overpriced, regardless of all that the phone has and does.

We are a Note family, and the 9 does not disappoint. We picked these for the productivity aspect, and the S pen makes it the best thing out there right now. We bought two, and we are having some glitching with receiving messages on one phone, so we are hoping it isn't a problem with the antenna or something, but we know if that does seem to be the glitch, Samsung and Best Buy will make it right.

This is a major upgrade from the note 5. The camera features have enhanced drastically as well as the battery life and storage. Size wise not much change, not a fan of the curved edges but all in all a good phone upgrade.

This is by far the best phone on the market. for personal or professional settings the note 9 can do it all. You can grab text with the pen convert hand written notes to text and if you download the Samsung's write in pdf app. You can actually sign your name directly on pdf and save to send. No more print, sign and scan... Camara is amazing and video quality is the best in 4k... a must buy...

The phone is great considering I upgraded from the note 5. What was not great was Best Buy. Somehow when they upgraded my phone they took it off the plan I had with my phone provider and put it on a different plan. I have 2 other phones so I ended up with 3 phones, two different, and an expensive phone bill. After 3 days and over 5 hours on the phone Sprint did what they could. A long story short since my original plan was no longer offered and Best Buy took me off it I couldn't go back and now I pay $15 more every month, all because of the Best Buys employees incompetene. The Sprint employee told me they have had many problems with Best Buys mistakes. I called BB about this ... I got the cold should and a "sorry". Last time I upgrade with BB. Buyer beware.
