Absolutly love my phone

And the best buy employee who helped me through the whole process (Kevin) . Super nice, patient, answered all my questions. As well as got my upgrade switched , i got the deal i came for . Even helped me pick the right accessories. I would give 5 stars Sprint was my only issue. They took hrs and to this day and its been a yr now my bill is still wrong and i cant access my credits on sprint account . Cant wait to pay this off and get my new Note . Definatly going w geek squad this time. Again it was a shock that kevin had patients to deal w sprint and myself for over 4hrs. Ive never seen an employee so dedicated thanks again

Great features and nice size.

I like that it is noticeably bigger than a regular cell but not so much that it is bulky. Even with a case on it. I'm still discovering features but definitely makes it easier for me to use for work purposes, such as keeping and updating my calendar and creating notes.
