I have had no problems with this phone. The battery is amazing. I don't have to worry about always having a charger with me. I know there are many features I still need to learn to use. Wonderful phone overall

Seems to work faster than my Samsung edge and has a better picture. Fits nicely in my hand, doesn't feel heavy. I missed not having the ability to write notes when I had my edge so glad to have the notes back.

This phone has made my life easier. It stays alive for at least 20 hours if I use it moderately (EVEN AFTER 1 YEAR!!) Its super loud, finger print works easier than any phone I've had. It is worth it.

Finally had the courage to switch carriers as I was paying way too much for just a line and old phone. Got this phone for almost half the price. Samsung has always been my go to when it comes to phone, always been an Android lover. GREAT CAMERA! plussss very techy, gives you the feeling that you are good at editing (of course not as good as those professional graphic artists out there ) but close enough. Like the fact that you can put notes on your screenshots right there and then so you get the idea of why you took that shot Lol. ALSO, BEST BUY EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST! Very helpful and knowledgable of what they're selling, will walk you through the process and explain to you every single detail.

Very happy with this purchase, upgraded from a Samsung S8+. Faster device and Camara quality is awesome, very impressed with it, been taking pictures in low light settings without flash and was blown away!

Bought this phone for my wife for Xmas. She absolutely loves it. Her previous note 4 was still working but it was time to upgrade. Battery life and features on this Note 9 are incredible. Im jealous!!!!

Love this phone. Excellent battery life. Super functions cant name them all. YouTube. I use the stylus all the time. All my Smart Home is linked through it bluetooth awesome. Best phone I've ever owned.

Love this phone. I had this before, traded it in for a Note 10+. I missed this phone. I ended up returning the Note 10+. And now im back with the Note 9 with no regrets. Come with Heart rate sensor, Iris scan, Front Led color notification lights, headphone jack, direct over the ear speaker, better sound quality. I think this is the Last Samurai of the Note Series. I'm keeping for sure!

Ever since I changed over from having an apple phone to this everything has been great! Theres so much more storage on my phone now and I am not always bothered by pop ups asking me to buy more space.

Great phone, has lasted almost two years so far. Lost the stylus within the first few weeks of having the phone, but haven't missed it at all. Great battery life and power.

This is my first Note upgrading from the S7 and so far it has been great. Battery life lives up to the expectations lasting for the better part of the day while radio streaming for a good part of it.

As an android user and fanboy of Samsung products. This device keeps up as quickly as my high end PC. The only negative i have on this but its probably my fault is that it screen burned youtube onto my screen, its not noticeable to anyone until i point it out. But its noticeable to me. Still runs great 2 years in though. Lightning fast!

Got this to replace my S7. The note 10 will be out soon, buy this is still plenty of phone. The camera is beyond any other that I have used in the past and games run great on it.

This phone has so many great features. It has multiple apps at once and is pretty easy to figure out. So far has been great and the extras are so great with helping keeping me organized.

Bought the Note 9 as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves it. This is her second Note phone and she says it is by far the best. With 128 GB of storage with 8 GB RAM it is a beast!
