I bought this for the camera, which so far takes very clear pictures. I can't give it 5 stars because I haven't explored all of the capabilities of the phone.

Loved the phone when I first got it. Takes good pictures...but now all I get is ads that pop up everytime I turn it one or while I'm viewing texts

My husband and I have had the Samsung Note9 for a year. We love ours so we decided to upgrade our daughter's phone to the Note9. With the excellent deal Best Buy had on the phone it was an easy decision and Best Buy makes the phone buying/upgrading process so easy.

This thing does everything it says it can do! Fortnite runs flawlessly on it. Every game I've tried runs perfect. Downloads things super fast. The S-pen works well. The only thing I haven't gotten used to yet, is what I call the "Bixby button" which is a button under the volume controls.

I was in need of a new phone and had originally planned on getting the Samsung S9+. After realizing they were not available in store, I began looking more at the Note 9 and I am so glad I did. The size does not seem to be too much and I have enjoyed all the features so far!

Excellent phone, I really enjoy the USB C port. The only issue that I have is that there is no touch sensitivity on the curved edge of the phone. If there is a button on the edge I have to resize the screen and move the site to move the button away from the edge of the screen

This was so fabulous I couldn't believe it. I turned in my S9 Plus for this and never looked back. There is no match for this phone in the entire market. All the "haters" are eating their words. The only thing that would make me change this phone is an S10 Plus with a bendable screen.

I had a Note 3 and when I got a new phone I got talked into something else. I was so unhappy with it. I finally got a chance to get a new Note 9 and I love it. I've only had it a month but so far the quality I remembered is there for me again. So happy I went back to the Note.

I had an iphone and thought it was great for pictures but now the I have my note 9 the iPhone camera doesn't even come close to it...

It's been awhile since I've had a Note but this one is great! Headphone Jack, expandable memory, and the best screen in the business.

I absolutely Love my New Samsung Note 9. After a few years of using the Samsung S6, I finally pulled the Trigger on this Beauty. I've used the new phone a couple of weeks, so it's too early to critic this phone. So far, no isssues and thoroughly enjoyed all it's features.

Camera is great. Screen is bright and looks great. Battery life is just ok, it is good if you use power save mode. Phone is expensive.

I like Samsung products and usually skip a generation before an upgrade. Glad I purchased this phone. Only thing I'm not used to is curved screen. I always opted out of that option but it is not a choice with note9. Bought 4 of these phones for family.

I would have given it 5 stars except no calling plus so back to no data and voice at same time. Battery last all day no issue.

I'm enjoying some of the new features of this model; not really noticing a difference in speed or capacity due to fact that last phone (earlier model Note) never had issue with either. My only issue thus far has been accuracy (lack of) of the vtt (voice to text) features, which I use heavily. Experienced it with both the Samsung and Google vtt engines; maybe I just got spoiled with my old Note; fresh out of the box (before 'learning' my voice), the vtt performed better.

I have owned Galaxy Phones since they came out, new every two years. I have had zero problems... that i didn't create. Note 9 is great play and work compatible device. Note pad app features auto open on pen removal during lock screen...love it!

This is the best phone out yet! Besides the price it's feature packed! The best feature is being able to tair selfies by pulling out the stylus and pressing the button on the side! Samsung you've out done yourself! But lower the price.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I took her there to help me pick out a phone for her mother. When she seen it and thought she wasn't getting it her little 18yr old face was devastated until Christmas morning. Surprise.

I am enjoying my new phone so far, I can't complain. Samsung Galaxy Note is my thing, I've only used Galaxy Note for as long as I can remember and I love my phone. I get a new one every 2 years, Samsung delivers and I am satisfied.

I think this is the nicest looking phone I've ever seen. I learn a new feature every day. It has infinite possibilities and it keeps me very organized because if I don't write stuff down I forget it- the stylus takes care of that
