I'm impressed by the phone's speakers. My son puts on his music and I actually have to scream to him to turn it down. My note 8 is not like that at all. The camera is impressive and he loves that he can play Forenite in it.

My previous two phones were HTC phones. I made the switch to Samsung and I may never get another brand again. I like the screen, the colors, the storage space and so many other things. Best phone I've had.

I have owned every Note since the Note 4 except the notorious Note 7. This is by far the best phone Samsung has put out to date. I may actually keep this for more than a year..... Guess it depends on what comes out next year.

I have been buying notes since the beginning and they have done nothing short of impressive since I've had it and the double blue tooth connection is awesome for when me and my wife are relaxing in bed listening to music.

I'm an avid Android user however this is my first Note. So far, I love it. I did have to go in battery saving mode to prevent the battery from draining. I love the features. I'm glad that I chose this device. No complaints.

I like the phone... different than my edge. I like the size of it and I am still trying to learn all the new things I can do with it. Wish I was more of a wiz when it comes to cell phones. But definitely a step up from my last. Only disappointed with the battery. My last phone lasted 3 days on the battery when it was new - until not - this phone dies after 1 full day. I even unplug it in the middle of the night just not to mess with the battery.

I am very happy with this purchase, this is the best cell i have, everything in this phone is great, Samsung you have 5 stars, but if i can give more i will give more.

Purchased this for my wife to replace her older Samsung Note & she loves everything about it. No complaints, which is what I love the most lol. I also purchased her the Samsung watch & she's is sooo happy with both!

My mom had been bugging me that she needed a new phone and she didn't know what she wanted so I just gave her my Galaxy S9 and picked this bad boy up for myself. I was not disappointed. The Note line never lets me down.

Even with the 10 coming out soon I'm stay with my note 9. It works perfect and I have no complaints.

This phone is amazing there's no limits to what you can do it is by far the best I had ever and the folks there at Best Buy are so helpful and knowledgeable and everything they show you your love the phone go get you one

This phone is great o have had the note since it came out I haven't had a different phone in seven years and I still haven't had a problem with it yet but I wish they would have keep it wider I really like nig phones

Just upgraded to the new Note and so far it's great. Especially the camera. Love the picture quality.

finally decided to upgrade from my note 3. note 3 was still doing well but the time seemed rite for an improvement. I believe I will have my new note 9 as long or longer than the 3. So far so good. very satisfied.

Needed to upgrade my phone and was ecstatic that they had the Note 9 in my favorite color. Couldn't let it stay behind and bought it as soon as she told me they had a Purple Android.

Love the phone...Bixby is a issue at times. The camera is great and the speaker sound is very good.

Every time I think I want to give IPhone a try, Samsung draws me back with the great reviews and product. This phone does so much, I'm sure I will never use it all. No regrets not making the change....Best yet!
