Bought this for my mother in law. She loves it, pretty user friendly (she had a flip phone before). Buyer beware, to get the discounted pricing you can NOT get the silver one, have to go with the standard colors

I've been a Galaxy fan since it emerged. I've been a Note fan since it has emerged. Therefore, I'm a little partial. This Note 9 is great. I love all of its features. Especially the upgraded S-Pen.

Horrible service at best buy but love the phone! Good camera and has some great features.

There are a few things that they changed and i am very disappointed. You can no longer change the back round of your text messages and you can not put a signature on your text. That is the reason i got this phone. I had a note 4 and it had better features than this phone. But other that those two points its good. Had i known those features were no longer on the phone i would have gotten the 9-S, and saved money

I love the phone. Washed in washer by accident and it was perfect afterwards. Told me the charging port was wet still had a missed call and text come over. Lol extremely happy that I went with the Note 9

Love my Note 9. I owned an Iphone6+ previously and some LG G4 and G5. This is way better. Maybe switching from Andriod to Apple and back has some merits. Can't see how iPhone 10 is better than this.

Always been a fan of the note. It has not let me down. Camera is one of the best around.

I haven't owned a Samsung phone since the S3. The Note9 changed all of that. It's truly a beautiful phone with all the features you could ask for with some you didn't even think you would use.

I upgraded from the note 4 which had the loop boot problems. Was nervous to go with another Samsung. The 9 is sleek and nice. Hoping it doesn't have software issues down the road. Too early to tell

The best phone I have ever had. Looks beautiful, feels great - just a little heavier than the old phone. Has so many functions that I haven't used them all yet. A marvelous tool for everyday life.

Can't say enough about this phone. I'm an avid Note user and by far this is the best. The screen resolution is fantastic and having 128 internal GB changed everything for me. Pure Awesomeness!

I love my note 9. It charges super fast and the pictures and videos are amazing.

Great phone . Awesome specs. Would've been nice to release with pie. And a dedicated dac for audio.. they would've made this phone the greatest of all time.. but 8.5 out 10 is still awesome

I had a Samsung Galaxy 7 edge for 2 yrs now- and couldn't wait to upgrade.. i was stuck with the 7 edge after they recalled the note 7.. i love the larger type phone- the note is for me

Very glad to have made jump from my Note5 to 9! All the features just a bigger plus. Still getting use to the finger print ID on the back vs the front but its ergonomic with one hand.

U get what u pay for. However with Samsung there always seems to be just a little bit more that you get that makes you say" this was worth every penny". Samsung is the best hands down.
